What a lovely hotel! Set in the heart of the quiet village of Sauternes, this place provides big rooms that are clean and modern. The location is great for exploring the local vineyards. A really great place to stay.

I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this area to get a taste of Sardines, graves, or other local restaurants. It is also possible to stroll to the wineries and fantastic French regional restaurants. If you arrive in this area, try to taste the wineries and wonderful regional restaurants. After spending 9 nights in Bordeaux, I can say that this was the best. It is challenging to find the highest quality lodging since rural areas outside the city are villages or towns that have experienced economic downturn. There are alternatives that are simple or extremely costly, but there is little between them. If they lack context, reviews can be deceptive. As well as photos, mistakes are also common. Hotel le 23 is excellent. An unrenovated farm house provides welldesigned and cozy accommodations. Great linens, soft towels, and cozy mattresses, quiet, shampoo and soap, and even hair dryers! There are plenty of cheese, jason, pastries, and fruit for breakfast, as well as cereal and yogurt. The restaurant is also excellent. If you are visiting this region and want to sample sauternes, graves, and even entredémers, Id suggest this location. Even if you don't want to reserve a taxi to bordeaux or reservations at other restaurants, they are incredibly helpful.

The little hotel in the center of the small town of Sauternes, renowned for its outstanding sweet wines, was where I spent just one night. It was so wonderful. When we checked in and had breakfast the next morning, the perpetrator, who I believe is the owner, was there, and he couldn't have been nicer. He was a friendly touch, and was always willing to assist. I wouldn't have gone back because it was a lovely place to spend the night. My room was small, but it was designed thoughtfully and conveniently. The towels were soft and fluffy, which is rare in Europe, the shower had a rainfall head, and the vanity had sufficient lighting. I liked the exposed beam and the view of the town's church tower. Given the hotel's modest size, the breakfast buffet was equally excellent.

We had a pleasant experience while staying here. The place is in a quiet neighborhood near Sauternes. The bedrooms are spacious, modern, clean, and with restaurants like Lauberge les vines where you can enjoy a wonderful evening meal and breakfast in the morning. All I needed to do was relax and sit back.

It's worth the price in the price. I visited this place for a day and they gave me a case of their wines, it's like a chateau loathe, but because they sent me the case, they sent it to a address in Sweden, and the restaurant was great with fresh fish and meat. The tiny town of Sauternes is beautiful to visit.
