Outstanding in all regards. The room was absolutely charming and spotless, with a lovely view. All staff members were gracious and helpful. The breakfast spread was varied and very well done. We would definitely stay there again for our next visit to Bordeaux.

Very nice staff, very helpful and friendly! The rooms are very small, as expected for France. There is no elevator but the staff is always ready to lend a hand. Loved the area! Very convenient.

If your ideal hotel is an antiseptic concrete box with freezing cold air-con you won't like the Hotel Churchill. If you want a slightly quirky, centrally located room with excellent staff you'll love it. Yes the rooms are small. But everything you need is in it including a bed so comfortable I kept sleeping well into the late morning. The roads outside have a selection of bars and restaurants. All the main attractions are either close or convenient for excellent public transport. It's a 13 minute walk to the tram for the airport. I loved the place and would happily stay in The Churchill again.

The people working at this hotel were just amazing ,polite and helpful. From the moment we stepped into the hotel and left, it was 5 star service. Hotel itself was in a quiet and more local area of Bordeaux, walkable to all places and just exactly where you want to staying for a visit.

Charming and typically French city centre hotel. Conveniently located for the shops, cultural venues and bars/restaurants. If you have mobility issues it might not be for you as no lift and I imagine parking is a nightmare anywhere in Bordeaux. The manager, Samy, could not have been more welcoming and helpful

Very cool boutique hotel, everything we needed, plus close to downtown, all the restaurants and sites. Highly recommended, the staff is very friendly amd high level of English.
