For a night's stay, we chose this hotel because it's conveniently located near the highway and close to Biarritz. The arrival to the hotel by car was simple, and there was a lot of parking available for free. They don't have a restaurant, but the receptionist sent us to the novel hotel, which is affiliated with the same company and is next door. At novel, we found a pretty fancy restaurant with good food and service for a reasonable price for the food and service received $35 per person. Overall, the room and hotel services were good, with no bad or positive surprises. We could hear noisy people in the corridor more than we would have liked, but it was bearable and the bed was comfortable. We asked the receptionist for some information about visiting Biarritz. Unfortunately, he didn't appear to speak much English, and he almost gave us almost any advice. Finally, we walk to Biarritz, which is a pleasant walk but takes approximately 45 minutes. We discovered there are also buses, but there were always strikes. I think it would have been more effective to use a car and park it somewhere on the road closer to Biarritz, but we were unaware. Overall a satisfactory experience for a reasonable price. Typical ibis.

Ibis Birmingham Angle Airport, good welcome to the hotel and friendly staff. Our room was clean, a normal ibis layout except it had a secondary door to the bathroom which helped prevent probably noise from the bathroom. Breakfast was good choice of bread, croissants and condiments, cheese, ham, boiled eggs. There was also fruit and yoghurts. Machine for hot and cold drinks. When arrived showed my silver actor membership card but nothing extra for being a member.

If you want to keep the same level of service, please do not change the formula, it will bring back some genuine people to the hotel. When I arrived here, I had a bad experience while staying at this hotel. I felt very comfortable to have a good time with a good friend. The room is clean but simple. Breakfast is nice. Parking is safe. There is no smoking area nearby. The windows could be opened, which was nice and gave me some fresh air. Don't change the formula, keep some genuine people in the hotel. They were able to make the difference for us with just a smile and a friendly word.
