I chose room 529 because it is very spacious with a bathroom and bedroom as opposed to more expensive hotels. The room is warm with an ability to open the windows. However, bring earplugs because you will hear the subway rumbling below you. The staff is friendly and speaks English.

I highly recommend it, it is near nation railway station, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and a farmers market. The floor creaked in real world dramas. The continental breakfast was excellent. The room is clean, the personnel is kind and helpful.

The neighborhood is very safe and very French. This is my third or fourth time staying at the Lux, and I always get a superior double worth the extra 10 euros for a larger room, a new bathroom, a tea kettle, and a refrigerator. I was bothered by the subway roar in lowerlevel rooms, but I saw almost nothing this time in an upper floor room. The staff is excellent, and the breakfast at 9 euros is adequate. The best thing is the convenience of many metro lines throughout the nation and several buses that travel in a variety of locations. A 90 euros difference in quality with breakfast is not what you'll find anywhere.

We will undoubtedly return when we go to Paris. The 12-arrondissement, a peaceful, prosperous neighborhood, is a modest, two-star hotel. The lux was excellent, and we were seeking out a family room at a reasonable cost. Although tiny, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the beds are cozy. Due to the impossibility of 23 guests traveling with luggage, the elevator may be a hassle, but it can be carried out. Between our trips to western France, we spent two nights. We stayed in the family room, which contains two rooms next to each other, once in the family room, which has two double beds. Although a little bit of a challenge in terms of space, the family room option is not a deal-breaker. At the breakfast area, we were served twice for 9 euros rp. There are other options in the neighborhood that you might want to consider. At the cafe around the corner, it will cost you 35 euros for coffee and bread. Keep in mind that the subway underground rumble may cause you to pause periodically. For us, it was not a problem. In conclusion, there is nothing wrong with the cost we paid, and we received an excellent return.

Overall, a fantastic stay, I strongly recommend it and would return. This hotel is close to the pieces metro stop, making it simple to travel around Paris airport. However, because it is out of the city center, it is somewhat challenging, but it is nevertheless quite simple to travel there and back! There are restaurants, shops, etc. in the well-equipped area, which is also quite safe! As you would expect from Paris, the hotel rooms are modest but lovely. The shower is very modest but functional. There is someone there 24 hours a day, but if arriving later at night, it will be best to inform ahead of time because they will be sleeping and it will appear that the hotel is closed. We were on the 7th level, with such a spectacular view, still, I can't wait to get there. There is an elevator, but it only goes to the first floor, so you must ascend the stairs.
