It's close to the restaurants and market,i parked my car just infront of the hotel. There is no elevator,i was in the second floor but the receptionist Mano helped me with the luggage,he is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and the ladies working there were very sweet and kind.

The service was great. They prepared breakfast for us ahead of schedule when they knew that we were leaving early the next day. Their full breakfast was even nicer! The room itself was nice and clean. Great views to wake up to!

This highend boutique hotel is situated near the main square and offers clean and spacious rooms with balconies and views of snowy mountain ranges. Although the king bed is two twins pushed together, with a considerable gap between them, the bed is reasonably cozy. The bathrooms are fairly sized, and each has a lovelysized shower with excellent pressure and plenty of hot water. However, the workspace is modest. There is no safe, no coffee and tea service, and no glasses. A hairdryer is provided, but no safe. There is also a washer and dryer. The wifi connection is excellent, but occasionally dwindles. Parking is available on the street in front of the hotel. Although the breakfast buffet is narrow, it offers a variety of hot and cold options, such as mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, hot dog style sausages, khachapuri cheese filled bread, a type of cookie, yogurt, bread, honey, butter, cottage cheese, tomatoes, and cucumbers. The coffee is instant, but real milk is available.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. This hotel has a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The room's cleanliness is very good. We are very comfortable to stay in this place. The location is near a good wifi.

This hotel is close to the central square, food stores, and hospitals. All the employees here were so helpful, even to my veterans.

I really like the service provided by the employee and the location was good. I also got a restaurant with a good food which is kubdari which was very good. They also provide a transportation service so that can help you to make your own reservation.

Hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. But breakfast was very ordinary. No fruits. Coffee machine did not work. They did not have any bread only Georgian bread was available. Giorgi was very friendly but he only works in the restaurant but not at the breakfast area. The other staff were not very friendly. Hotel is in a beautiful location

Staff was amazing. Hotel its self was perfectly located with a terrific view. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant in the hotel was as well. The only negative is that the wifi was terrible, hence my deduction of a star. Everything else was honestly great, but if you want good wifi, this isn’t the place for you.

It was the off season so much of the town was quiet and closed. The front desk simply left a note on the desk with how to contact them. The room was very clean and simply nice, but I do not feel the price tag matched the room and offerings, especially during the off season. Great balcony. The room did not offer a hot water kettle, which was disappointing. The restaurant below serves delicious food. There was a very loud pack of gentleman that stayed also during the two nights and drank late into the night in the lobby. On both nights/early mornings, they tried to get into my room as they were mistaken which room their friends were in. It would have been helpful to have a door peephole because it knocked me out of dead sleep both nights.

I stayed here for 7 days because the location is near the center of the media and this hotel is new, it is clean and has good cleanliness. I liked the friendly service and breakfast. It's like being a friend of the owner. I appreciate it.

Chalet Mestia was the biggest disappointment on our trip to Georgia. We paid over USD 100 per room per night. Better accommodation can be found in Mestia for around USD 30. We were shocked when we saw the old and spartan room in Chalet Mestia - when we booked we were deceived by the nice photos. A complete rip-off! Unfortunately we were unable to cancel. The bad initial impression was confirmed. No room cleaning, catastrophic breakfast, not even an emergency light in the hallway when there was a power outage - the list of embarrassments is almost endless. We slept very badly because the bed was of poor quality and the house is extremely thin, so you can hear every movement of your neighbors. We were glad when we could leave and strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation!
