They also provide a local restaurant just around the corner that is very nearby to all the amenities like the supermarket, restaurants, money changer kiosks, and many others. Each morning they have a table ready with all the breakfast options laid out for me personally which was a nice touch. They also have wifi in the room and have a huge views of the black sea city. The owner was very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet is provided in the room price.

This is a great place with a great view on both sides. The breakfast is very good, and the staff are polite and speak English, Russian, and Turkish. The room is cleaned every day. Many thanks for the good work of Maya.

This is not a 4-star hotel. Apart from a fantastic view and really friendly service, this is not a 4-star hotel at all. To be a 4-star hotel, the elevator must start in the lobby since it is located in an apartment building and the elevator itself is very slow and unsafe. In the rooms, they need a complete renovation, starting with the bathroom appliance and ending with the bed sheets. I have to say that our 7-day stay was pleasant enough, despite the subpar breakfast and other small issues that really make the hotel 4 stars.
