The location is a bit off the city center, but there is an direct line (s 4, s 6, making it easy to get to the centre. Also, this is one of the cheapest 4 star hotels in munich, much cheaper than many hotels with one, two, or three stars. Great impression. I stayed there twice and will definitely be back! Amazing hotel that has four stars for logical reasons! Great, spacious rooms and excellent cleanliness. The staff are very polite and ready to accommodate various requests and also willing to go beyond the reservation specifications.

The hotel is in the citys center for public transportation, which takes around 20 minutes. There arent many other eateries, bars, or cafes nearby. The hotels restaurant, the kaminstube, is fantastic. Excellent portions and meals are served! Very recommended, as the cook is wellversed in what customers require. It is cozy and made of wood. Both the rooms are spacious and immaculate. Good quality for breakfast. Breakfast personnel were intrusive. They pushed customers out of the breakfast area after talking to coworkers until it was time to finish breakfast at ten and going to their tables to end up breakfast time. This is impolite, and i believe there needs to be another regulation to provide a more balanced breakfast arrangement for the client rather than the other way around. Although the hotel has fewer visitors, its very quickly overrun because of its size. Due to the limited sauna space, we experienced friction between the waiting guests, making it uncomfortable.

The room is cozy and wellkept. After, theres the option to rent additional pillows, an extra bed, or bath towels. Subsequently, they have all the amenities in their hotel.

Hotelnya bagus dan ramah. Ada restoran yang luas biasa, masakannya enak dan tidak membosankan. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap, ada sauna dan kolam renang. Kebersihannya juga cukup terjaga, lokasinya tidak jauh dari stasiun MRT. Cukup berkesan menginap disana selama seminggu. Terima kasih atas pelayanannya.

Secara keseluruhan hotel ini bagus. Kami menginap di sana selama empat malam. Kamarnya kecil tapi dilengkapi dengan baik. Kekurangannya adalah sarapannya. Ada banyak orang yang berkumpul setiap hari dan tidak ada cukup kursi untuk semua tamu. Kami datang pada waktu yang berbeda dan situasinya selalu sama. Selain itu, pilihannya agak terbatas dibandingkan dengan hotel bintang empat lainnya. Anda dapat memperpanjang waktu sarapan sedikit atau menyediakan lebih banyak kursi, tetapi itu akan sangat sulit. Selain itu, beberapa makanan diisi ulang sangat terlambat atau tidak diisi sama sekali, tidak ada susu selama hampir setengah jam. Namun, sebagian besar stafnya ramah. Lokasi oke, pusat kota bisa ditempuh dalam waktu sekitar setengah jam.

The rooms are outdated, more like a 3 star hotel outside of the city center. Good breakfast but very busy! The reception staff was very helpful. There is no still water in the room.
