I spent a couple of nights here. This is a good, small and reasonably priced hotel in Kelkheim. No frills place, but clean, quiet, and well-functioning rooms. There is a kind and attentive team. Excellent breakfast.

I would have liked to stay here again. This place is good value and we would recommend it. But the reception isn't manned on a Sunday evening, and not at all. The single room was spacious and well-appointed, very clean, and kept daily maintained. Free wifi was available and reliable, with news channels from the englishspeaking section. Breakfast had a good selection available, including fruit, meat, cheese, and juices. Coffee or tea was brought to the table, which was a nice touch.

In Kelkheim, this hotel is in the city centre. It has a nice and professional personnel, and the staff is always friendly and supportive. I stayed there for six nights, and the management and staff were always giving me a warm welcome. I will stay there once more the next time I visit. This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. This hotel has a small single bed room that overlooks the main square but never noisy. It serves a variety of breakfast options such as scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages. Sadly, when I was there, it coincided with a conference, and I had to get a light continental breakfast.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent and very cheap. I was warned about the front room but the traffic noise was not a problem for me. I got free wifi. The only negative points no hotel parking and no public parking after 1800 and the shower does not allow standup showering. The hose is too short more of a sitdown hair washing fixture than a shower. The hotel was small but comfortable.

We stayed at the arcade hotel for four nights, and when we arrived, everything was good, and all the employees were friendly and helpful, eager to help in any way they could. The hotel's restaurant is located in the heart of the city, close to the weekly farm market. In addition, nearby are all the stores. Thank you to everyone for being so kind and helpful to us.

Quite a mixed experience. Despite the email received before arrival, the reception area isn't open from 06:00 to 22:00, in fact it's barely manned at all. However obtaining room keys from a key safe worked perfectly well. The room is not nearly as good as shown in the pictures. A "double room for single occupancy" has a single bed, not a double. The bed is comfortable but the rooms are tired with cracks in the plaster and old furniture, needing an urgent refresh. Breakfast is perfectly adequate, if not particularly good. Also be aware that the hotel has no bar, lounge or restaurant service apart from breakfast. I was expecting more for the price (€377 for 2 nights).

Es gibt keine Rezeption. Ausschließlich Self CheckIn. Nur leider gibt es vom Hotel dazu keine Informationen. Es befindet sich zum Check in keine Info am oder im Hotel. Nicht mal eine Telefonnummer. So können Dinge wie Stellplatz oder Frühstück nicht geklärt werden. Im ersten Zimmer waren weder die Betten gemacht noch war es gereinigt. Das zweite Zimmer hatte gemachte Betten aber es waren die Mülleimer nicht geleert. Der Frühstücksraum war nicht zu finden daher konnten wir nicht Frühstücken. Auf die Rückerstattung warten wir nach über einer Woche immer noch. Ein Queensbett wurde von uns gebucht. Das Zimmer war jedoch ein Doppelzimmer. Ich bin viel unterwegs, das war das liebloseste und schlechteste was ich in den letzten 10 Jahren für diesen Preis gebucht habe. Ganz klar keine Empfehlung.
