I completely recommend this hotel. I stayed here for one night. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was nice and friendly. Great free wifi. First class breakfast buffet with delicious coffee. The room was pleasant. Bus stop opposite the hotel. The Old town center is within walking distance. Night drinks and snacks can be bought from the night porter. Excellent bathroom. Quiet hotel.

We had a very comfortable and very clean room. There were only a few downs, no kettle in the room. The beds are comfy, however the pillows were the large soft European square type which my wife and I didn't like. There was a smart to in the room, so I could watch recorded movies and programs from a memory stick. Breakfast was very good, fresh roles and bread each morning. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel was fine for a 4 night stay for the christmas market. I've been to various christmas markets in Germany and thought this may be the best of the bunch so far. Internet we found to be poor.

I booked this room because it's close to a local jazz club. It was easy to walk to where I needed to be. The receptionist was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The room was dirty and unwelcoming. The bathroom was large, clean but only had a large soap dispenser. The bed was clean and comfortable, but for the amount paid, it was quite expensive.

They provided a bathroom with adequate amenities. The place is old and simple in the public areas. The bed was soft and creaky, and they didn't have any extra pillows. The furniture was decent, but it was outdated.
