They should update their info. There isn’t free parking included. You can park outside the hotel for free, but usage of their parking is 7€ per day. Nice room, friendly reception. We would visit again 😊

When compared to the price, the hotel was good. However, in my opinion, the ranking must be absolutely of highest quality. The rooms are small, some of the rooms have been renovated, others have not. The rooms don't have anything special, but everything works. The wifi was quite slow. Breakfast is warm but otherwise, it is fairly basic. Bread is fresh and the topping selection is wide enough. If you're looking for a cheap hotel close to chaos, this might be a good choice.

The room is large and very old. They give a free bottle of water, shampoo, etc. breakfast is good, not nice. The receptionist at night does not help and is not polite. The morning dust is good and friendly.

The receptionist was very friendly, he answered all my questions, and he even printed out some things I can do in Frankfurt on my free day. Sheets and towels felt clean, in a good location if you're in Frankfurt mess min with tram. My room was in a building behind the hotel on the first floor so people would park their cars in front of my window. Not the best if you like your windows open. Also, the room needs renovation, there were dirty spots on the floor and the bathroom really needs to be refurbished, the shower door didn't close all the way, and the shower was rusty.

The location was good and the service was excellent. Though the bathroom sink did not originally work and the faucet was a bit odd, however, I think for the price, location, and comfort it is good for a traveling student or backpacker.

The hotel room was very good and spacious. Staff was friendly. The main disadvantage is absence of elevator. It was very hard to get to the fifth floor with a lot of luggage. Overall, I really recommend this hotel

Releativ ruhiges Hotel, unweit vom Centrum und echt preiswert. Das Frühstück war sehr, sehr reichlich und vielfältig. Großzügiges Zimmer mit festen Betten, jedoch kleinem Bad. Ausstattung Bad war jedoch sehr gut. Wir waren zufrieden, nutzten es ohnehin nur zum Schlafen, denn am Tag war Frankfurt dran. Das Team war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würde gern noch einmal hierher kommen.

I had one room with one bed. The room was clean but with old and a bit stained carpet. The furniture is Okay there. This hotel suites well for 1-2 nights stay for not big money). It is situated just in 2 minutes to Frankfurt West S station, you may reach Central Railway Station of Frankfurt by 3 stops. Also that hotel is in 10 minutes walk from downtown.

This is a nice small hotel on a side street. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. However, be aware that there is no elevator, and the staff if not always available to help you with luggage.

Das Hotel ist vom S-Bahnhof in ca. fünf Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen und eine Buslinie hält auch ganz in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und nett.
