Das Hotel ist zentral aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles im Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Aufzug. Geschmackvolles, modernes, helles Zimmer. Bett mit ordentlichen Matratzen und Federkissen, Bad sauber. Internet gut. Preis/Leistung insgesamt aus meiner Sicht sehr gut. Lediglich ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten noch verbessert werden (Update TV-Programme, Minikühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, Gardorobenhaken). Gerne bei Gelegenheit wieder.

Die Wirtin und alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Hotel super sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Traumlage - mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig - war ideal! Tolle Ferientage in Landshut!

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der wunderschönen Stadt Landshut. Man kann die ganze Stadt fußläufig erkunden. Der Empfang bei der Ankunft war ausgesprochen herzlich, so dass man sich sofortgut aufgehobeb fühlte. auch während des Aufenthaltes wurde alles getan, um den alles so angenehm wie nur möglich zu machen. Kostenlose Getränke wie Mineralwasser, Kaffee usw. sind rund um die Uhr verfügbar. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer liess keinerlei Wünsche offen. Alles in allem einfach nur super. Bei einem weiteren Besuch in Landshut gibt es für mich nur dieses Hotel.

Gutes Hotel, beste Lage, nur Kleinigkeiten die verbessert werden könnten, wie neue Batterien für die Fernbedienung und die Matratze wird sicherlich bald ausgetauscht werden.

Wir haben ein Studio gebucht. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross, gut eingerichtet. Es hat eine Küche und einen Kühlschrank. Die Badewanne mit einer Glasscheibe ist nicht ganz bequem. Das WLAN in unserem Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, man konnte aber von einem anderen Zimmer anzapfen, aber nur vor der Türe. In Hotelbeschreibung haben wir ein Zimmer mit gratis Parkplatz gebucht. Dem war leider nicht so. Die Plätze müsste man im voraus reservieren und bezahlen. Unbequem war, dass wir zum Frühstück immer von der Strasse um die Ecke gehen mussten, da die Verbindungstüre abgeschlossen war. Dafür gab es Frühstück mit der netten Bedienung, nur der Kaffee schmeckte sehr wässrig. Es kann passieren...

Unser Bett war eine Katastrophe! Die Matratze war viel zu weich ,wir fühlten uns wie auf einem Trampoline. Das bett hatte ein Gefälle zum Kopfende ,so dass wir am nächsten Tag mit Kopfschmerzen erwachten. An der Diskretion und Organisation der Rezeption, sowie dem Houskeeping gibt es einiges zu optimieren. Bitte VORHER anklopfen bevor sie das Zimmer betreten. Unser Rollo am Fenster war defekt und ließ sich nicht bewegen. Das sind Dinge die vorher erledigt werden müssen.Das Haus vermittelt dadurch einen Eindruck nach Außen. Der Gast zahlt für diesen Eindruck.
