I have a great experience when staying at this hotel. We chose this hotel for the location and they were amazing. We also really enjoy the courtyard and meditation garden, especially Lucid Heinrich who was at the front desk the entire time we were there, she was patient and informative and improved the hotel's service beyond expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was extremely comfortable, however the pillow was quite thin, so I had to ask for an extra one, but they were more than happy to help. The shower was superb, with very strong water pressure and good temperature control. The finest hotel shower I have ever had! The front desk staff was all quite kind. I got a star because of the cleaners trolley's wakeup sounds in the morning, which makes a really loud noise along noncarpeted sections of the corridors.

This place is recommended! I came to Berlin in honor of the wall's fall. Very busy as you might assume, but the staff at this hotel was always helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a wide selection at the breakfast buffet. The location is good for moving around.

We stayed here, this hotel is perfect. The place is nice, in a nice neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants, away from the tourist traps. Cleanliness and comfort are also very important. If you need anything, this is the place to stay.

The rooms look a bit chilly, but the windows on the first night and the second night were very quiet and almost silent. I only had a single room, but with the windows closed it was almost silent. Even though I have a room on the second floor that looks out onto the street, it's already a weekday so I can't complain! With the windows closed it was very quiet and almost silent. I like the wood floors especially which added character and the shower was very good. The only thing not so great that I can think of is that there was only one pillow, but when I asked the desk for an additional pillow, cleaning arrived with it less than five minutes later. The service here is amazing! The location is also convenient, and the central courtyard which offers an outside breakfast option is beautiful. I would return to this hotel!. A friend recommended this hotel to me, and I understand why! I would stay here again!.
