The bed was luxurious, but the lodge did not have some of the facilities the advertised online. I requested for tooth brush but none was available and no effort made to me one evening to pay for. The TV and AC have no remote control in the room, I asked for it but was never given. The breakfast is poor. Tea bags with no milk and 2. Small sizes of bread Sandwich. No restaurant meanwhile they advertised that they have.

I found the room very well decorated. But they need to continue to maintain the place even if the guests aren't regulars. The rooms lack shoes and no good towels. The bed is large, but the mattress wasn't comfortable enough.

The place is in no way as depicted on the reservation site. The pool is more of a fountain and not very clean. The room was full of mosquitoes and light switches hanging. The bathroom light wasn't working (probably from said hanging switch). The room was grimy, cupboard door broken and sockets definitely outdated. Most hotels have universal sockets. I decided to forgo the breakfast as I did not feel good there

They are rude and disrespectful. It’s the worst experience I ever had. I couldn’t stay . They didn’t honor the one night police that clearly states they allowed to keep one night. If you cancel or decide not to stay. They place looks like a run down old there house that. The electric was faulty. And the place was full mold were they paint over the mold. It had mold in the wardrobe. It was fitt for the dogs on the next property that barked all night. The power was and the generator didn’t work properly. There was blood on sheets. And they sheets looked they was we’re old as me . There more I can say but Expedia needs to take them off there website.

There is nothing at all that I liked about this place! Checked in after waiting an exceptionally long time for staff. The water heater was not working. Everything is old, run down, and DIRTY!!! I then asked for a different room but I was told they were all the same. I left the property within an hour of check in and went elsewhere for accommodations! Do not book this place!
