Overall, a disapointing experience due to customer service. The location is great, and the room clean and cute, but it could be improved. For example, kitchenware to permit the use of the stove would come in handy, so would functional wifi in the room. Nonetheless it definitely does the job for a short stay. The worst customer service experience we've had in Greece. Reception was cold and accusative towards us because of an arrival 10 minutes BEFORE check-in deadline, very unprofessional. Luggage storage after check-out was not permitted supposedly due to a public holiday, a rule which seemed only to apply to this hotel and that some locals told us was a recurring problem with this establishment, again, very unprofessional. Confusion on check-out time, for which I can take the blame, and pressure to leave quickly, which we did, even though check-in is three ours later. Finally, problem at check-out to get a complete bill specifying the number of nights and the total amount of the stay. A tax suddently appeared when I asked for this document, which was not asked when I first checked out and received the basic receipt, for some obscure reason. I could not get an answer on why that was, maybe an honest mistake, but, in good faith, I paid the new fee. I would try to avoid if possible, next time I'm on the island, based on this experience and other comments heard by locals, and seen elsewhere on the Internet.

Overall, it was a really disappointing experience. The worst customer experience in Greece, out of the six hotels we've stayed at. To be fair, the spot is nice and the room is clean and cute, even though some things could be better (wires coming out here and there, or the fact that you have a stove, but nothing to cook on it). Our experience was brought down in the negative because of customer service, which was awful, for the following reasons: 1-We were coldly greeted at check-in with reproaches of not calling and arriving late, even thought we were 10 minutes ahead of the official check-in deadline. 2-The hotel refused to keep our luggage after check-out because of a public holiday, but was apparently the only hotel in town doing so. So we would've had to carry around our luggage from 11AM to the time of boarding our ship at 8PM, if it wasn't for friendly locals who agreed to help us. We were told by some locals that this is a recurring problem with this hotel. 3-We had a misunderstanding of the check-out time, althought I take full responsibility for this, so the (I guess) owner came knocking at our door at precicely 11AM insisting that people were waiting for the room, even though check-in is not until 2PM, as specified on Expedia. Nonetheless we packed in a hurry and were out by 11:15AM. 4-I had all the trouble in the world getting a bill specifying the number of nights and total cost of my stay, and a surcharge of 3euros was asked to get it. Avoid if possible
