It is conveniently situated between the towns of Vathy and Pythagorio, about 10 km and 2.5 km away, respectively. The bus station is roughly 60 m from the hotel and the beach is some 150 m. Samos International Airport is located at a distance of approximately 5 km.
The whole hotel is very cosily furnished with pleasant, bright colours. The atmosphere is welcoming with warm service at the restaurant and pool area. There is car parking available for free. Renovated in 2009, the air-conditioned hotel comprises 12 apartments and offers a lobby with 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a TV lounge, café, bar and restaurant. Guests may hire bicycles on site.
The apartments are equipped with traditional style furnishings and have separate entrances and sea views. All include a fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette with a coffee machine, water boiler, oven, fridge and cooker.
