About Conte Marino Villas
Conte Marino Villas offer three exclusive, family-friendly villas located in Kontomari, a peaceful village within the Platanias area of Chania, West Crete. Situated near the famous beaches of Balos and Elafonisi, these villas provide a world of chic luxury, privacy, and mesmerizing beauty.
Designed by visionary architects Aristomenis and George Varoudakis, the villas are built with rich stone, wood, and steel, allowing natural light to flood the interiors and create a peaceful ambiance. Each three-bedroom villa is privately surrounded by stone-walled courtyards and boasts panoramic views of the Cretan hills, vast olive and orange groves, the sea, and the White Mountains.
Each individually decorated villa features heated floors, a private furnished patio, and a kitchen outfitted with a refrigerator and an espresso maker. Guests can enjoy a pillowtop bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, complimentary wired and wireless internet access, and a 42-inch flat-screen television with satellite programming. The bathrooms are equipped with a separate bathtub and shower, including a jetted bathtub and a rainfall showerhead.
Guests can indulge in massages, body treatments, and facials, or relax by one of the two outdoor pools. The property also offers access to a private beach. Additional amenities include concierge services, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. Local cuisine breakfasts are available daily from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM for a fee.
For convenience, babysitting services, an area shuttle, a 24-hour roundtrip airport shuttle, and a ferry terminal shuttle are available for a surcharge. Please note that a Climate Resilience Tax is paid locally: €4 per night from November to March, and €15 per night from April to October.
