Svårt att hitta boendet eftersom boendet har bytt namn. Fint rum med en stor terass och vacker utsikt. Lugnt och tyst. Backigt!

Otel tam fiyat performans oteli. Verdiğimiz fiyatı manzarasıyla bile karşıladı. Sadece temizlik açısından eksik olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Yatağın üstünde küçük kıllar mevcuttu. Yanımızda çarşaf ve yastık kılıfı götürdük.Oteli bulmak tabela olmadığı için zor. Biz baya aradık.

Odayı alacağınız zaman kesinlikle deniz manzaralı odayı alın deniz manzarası mükemmeldi biz ne yazıkki bahçe manzaralıda kaldık temizlik açısından çok iyi değildi odanın içinde ölü böcekler vardı maalesef tuvalet ve duşa kabin hiç kullanılışlı değildi otel sahibi elinden geldiği kadar yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ama temizlik açısından oteli iyi bulmadım ve konum sıkıntısı yaşayanlar için direk kalenin konumunu açmasını tavsiye ederim herşey için teşekkürler... Ve bir önceden otel sahibi ile görüşürseniz size yardımcı olacağına eminim

My stay at Diamond Lesvos was a complete disappointment. Upon arrival, I was not given the balcony room with the view that I had booked. Instead, we were placed in a completely different ground-floor room with direct outdoor access. There was also a cat clearly used to entering the room, constantly trying to get inside through the door and windows, scratching and knocking when it couldn’t. When I complained, the explanation was simply: “The photos on the platform look like that,” which is unacceptable. Only after insisting and mentioning that I also work in hospitality were we moved to the actual room shown in the booking photos. Unfortunately, the second room was a hygiene disaster. The towels, pillows, bed sheets, and even the floors were covered in cat hair. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable. After taking a shower, cat hair would stick to your body again while drying off. It felt incredibly unhygienic. Even though I had fully paid for 2 nights, I left 1 night early because I could not tolerate the conditions any longer. No refund or compensation was offered, and I had to book another hotel immediately. If hygiene is missing, nothing else matters. Easily one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had.
