Location this resort is in a nice location. About 1 hour from heraklion airport and port, about 90 euros taxi ride or once can take the bus to Adios Niklaus. Taxis are fixed prices from resort to ag. Niklaus of 12. The resort is on a bluff with great views. There is a bus stop nearby to enter town or other beaches. A beach is a minute's walk away, and a further beach is about a 15 minute walk away. Both offers good water and water activities. The apartments are clean, nice, and well-stocked. Excellent amenities and comfortable. The resort is great. They serve a welcoming dinner and drinks, a daily happy hour, yoga on Tuesdays, a traditional Greek night plate smashing and traditional food. We had a great time at this resort. The excellent staff is what separates this resort apart. They were all kind, friendly, and helpful. From reception to bartenders, to waitstaff, they treat you like family. They can also help arrange excursions or rent a car.

A special waitress named Sophia was already swaying to the music as she took care of the buffet food. She continued to dance and dance after that. During dancing, plates were also presented for us to smash on the floor. While it is a strange custom, this one enhanced the atmosphere of the evening. Every Tuesday night at Karma Minoans, visitors both from outside and from the home are invited to a Greek night. This is Greece's finest hospitality! A life band with two skilled Greek dancers combines immediately the music and quickly creates the emotion that no one is shy about dancing or simply moving! I highly suggest you come!.

I had a great time and wished we had stayed longer! Beautiful rooms with sunrise and sunset views, there is a small beach at the base of the hill which I think was perfect, and there is very little wind and a beautiful water. The hotel staff is amazing and absolutely loved Greek night on Fridays! Great food and dancing! The only downside is that getting here takes about 10 minutes on the rare bus, so you have to either drive or hire a taxi, which costs about 12 euros.

The location is excellent, with amazing views of the bay. We are staying close to the resort but we are not there. I got a good taste, and there was a lively performer with performers such as musicians, singers, and dancers. But the quality of the staff made it very unique. They were all warm and inviting, attentive to everyone, and made sure all the visitors had a good time. Well done to the entire staff there.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful position. All of the staff members were friendly. It was a fantastic Greek night with delectable food. There is a tiny beach a short walk away and another about 20 minutes away with some restaurants that add a touch of luxury. The town is lovely and delightful to stroll around, easy to get by car or cab, but it is a little tricky for a newborn to need a car seat, but can be accomplished if organized through the hotel.
