Pelayanan di sini bagus banget. Udah gitu, keramahan pegawainya bagus meski awalnya kurang ramah. Abis itu, interior lobinya tidak terlalu luas dan cuma muat buat 1 manusia doang. Terus, pas buka jendela sama ke balkon kamar, langsung terasa sejuk dan bisa lihat bangunan khas eropa yang cantik pula. Seudah itu, pintu tetangga sebelahnya ditutup dengan suara yang lumayan keras. Sehabis gitu biarpun ukurannya kecil, tetapi tetap elegan dan mewah. Selepas itu, mereka juga kasih sampo meski tidak ada shower gel. Selain itu, karena tipe kamar mandinya cuma ada 1 unit dan maksimal 3 manusia. Terakhir, letaknya pun tidak strategis secara ada di samping stasiun kereta api bawah Paddington.

Perfect for a family stay! We have 2 connecting rooms, very comfortable. Hotel in a very nice, quiet area very close to Hyde Park and Reddington station. Two underground lines within a 5 minute walk.

The hotel employees were quite welcoming. The position is excellent, it is impossible to beat while out on business or sightseeing. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to Lancaster Gate Station and Hyde Park, both of which are within a 2 minute walk of Reddington station. It's a great deal. I made a reservation online and received an upgrade on my first night as well. The shower is well equipped with dental supplies, shower caps, soap, and shampoo. For breakfast and all-day dining, the wifi was robustly connected to Bella Italian. The hotel staff was always welcoming, but there are downsides, and this may not be the mercury because many of the Reddington hotels are converted from older residential apartment blocks, making the rooms a little shady and the views are not fantastic. But overall, the mercury was excellent!.

We arrived early to check in, so we enquired if the hotel could take our luggage for the afternoon while we ran out and enjoyed lunch in the city. When we returned, we had a very simple checkin, with a preauto on my credit card, and all the information about our stay was clearly given to us. Our room was below the lobby and reception area, there is a lift or stairway down. Even for the three of us, the room was a decent size. The layout consisted of twin beds and a camper bed in the bottom half of the room. Even though we were low down, there was still plenty of light entering the room. The shower was great, with a big rainforest shower head at the top of the shower, and the bathroom was quite large. The beds were quite comfortable, and everyone had a great night sleep during the stay. Breakfast was included in our rate and was served at the bella italian restaurant that links to the hotel through the lobby. The breakfast was excellent all three mornings, but especially on the middle morning, there was a considerable wait for meals to be served and then brought out. We werent in a rush, but since the wait was long, Id be aware of it when planning your breakfast time.
