The L'Avventura Athens is a small boutique hotel in the heart of central Athens. The perfect location to stay for your Athens trip, the hotel is within walking distance to the city’s main attractions including the Acropolis, the Agora, the Parliament, shopping, and a wealth of delicious eateries. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were escorted to our room by a young woman who explained how the doors and electricity worked. All of the major appliances and amenities functioned properly. The room was very clean and tastefully designed with modern fixtures. We had a minor issue with the toilet door not closing completely. The thermostat was hard locked at 21C. The beds were extremely comfortable.. We rested well. The L’Avventura is a boutique hotel so visitors should expect smaller rooms with the walk in shower and sink open to the room. The only door other than the main entrance itself was to the toilet. If privacy is important to you, look elsewhere for accommodations. The hotel is located off a narrow alley with only foot traffic. If you are dropped off you will have to walk through the Atlanticos Restaurant to reach the hotel’s main entrance. Reception is on the third floor and the elevator is very narrow as is typical of many European buildings. The rooms themselves are located on the first and second floor. My advice is to leave your luggage with a friend or family member while another member of the party heads to floor 3 to check in.

Incredible staff and location. After an issue with our original hotel reservation we found L’Avventura at the last minute and so happy we did. The location was convenient to everything and included a sheared space with a spa where we received a splendid couples massage. The staff were wonderful helping us with many requests. The location was very good, bed was comfortable, clean room and there was elevator although small which we appreciated because previous hotel didn’t have it. The staff was very nice and allowed us an extra hour to check out because we were so jet lagged and my daughter needed more time.

This hotel is in the heart of alllll things Athens!! Super convenient to all the shops, restaurants and just exploring. I will say it is loud (its in the middle of the city) but if you are tired enough it will not bother you lol. PLUS the breakfast was so cute on the 4th floor and honestly whatever the honey dessert thing they have - I'm still dreaming of it.

Excellent hotel, immediately next to an area full of good local restaurants and bars and within easy walking distance of Monastaraki metro station which has a line to the airport. Hotel breakfast very good and available until 12 noon. The hotel staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. You can really tell they care about cleanliness and guest experience. Truly a 10/10 stay — would absolutely come back!

My friend and I had a great experience here. The room was really nice and the bed was great. The breakfast (we paid extra for the daily breakfast option) was really good too. The location is perfect; really close to a subway station that has a direct line from the airport and is walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

The staff was nice, straightforward, and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is centrally located yet in a fairly quiet place (and merely closing your windows will be enough to not be bothered by the alley noise)--there is a hammam (independent) in the same building so you can treat yourself from your room directly to it and The Atlantikos next door offers affordable and excellent grilled fish. I'll be back in Athens and I'll be back at The Avventura

The room was beautifully furnished and perfectly adequate in size. It was very clean, with daily housekeeping. The staff responded quickly to any written inquiries, and the location is excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.
