We absolutely recommend this place, and we will stay here again the next time we visit Skiathos. We just spent ten days at Suonia with my wife and two small children, all of whom had just recently been aged sixty. The staff was excellent, and it was tidy and kept up well. The pool was crystal clear, was cleaned every day, and was a wonderful place to relax with a drink and some snacks, even tried the chips! They are wonderful. Regardless, the staff was the greatest aspect of this place for us. The proprietor, Costas, welcomed us on arrival and was incredibly kind and could do everything in her power to assist us whenever we needed anything. An additional note must go to Linda at the pool bar, who is such a kind and kind person who is constantly upbeat. We appreciate you taking care of us while we were there.

I can't believe some of the reviews I've read about this hotel. We are currently staying here, and we have no evidence that Sonia was a stinky spit, I believe they meant cesspit. The rooms are typically Greek and spotless. The pool and the area are cleaned daily. The pool is fantastic and really refreshing. The stairs are typically Greek marble and handrails. The sheets are changed every four days, and the towels are changed every two days. The manager Costas was warm and welcoming, and his son-in-law was extremely pleasant. He responds the same if you treat Costas with respect. I find the entire staff to be kind. The one thing I found particularly disrespectful is the people who leave their towels on the sunbed and disappear for hours without caring about anyone else and don't care if they want sun beds or not. I will without a doubt recommend this hotel because it is in such a wonderful location and I will definitely be back.

This hotel is a family run business, and very clean and well-kept. There is a beautiful pool area, a friendly owner and staff. The room was clean. The owner and staff were really helpful. The small kitchen area was kept clean. The sheets and ironing board were regularly changed, along with the soap, shower gel, and ironing board. No complaints at all. We will definitely come back here.

We recently got back from a three-week stay at Sonia. This is a pleasant, medium-sized apartment complex close to the port and just five minutes from the town center of Skiathos. There is a large, free parking area close by. Our bedroom apartment was spacious, well-kept, clean, and equipped with two AC units that worked perfectly. The pool area is lovely. At the poolside, food and beverages are available all day. The owners, Costas and Elena, are lovely. They are extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. We had a great time and booked it again for the upcoming year.
