I wish there were more stars to give this place. Everything here was exceptional. Comfortable and immaculately clean facilities and rooms. The staff here are absolutely amazing, helpful and kind in every way. They can arrange tours, provide recommendations, and even help me with some ideas for my continued travel in Indonesia. The atmosphere here is very welcoming and social, with a spacious common area for meeting other travelers. Great location for seeing the city. Beautiful artisan aesthetic. Free drinking water is available for refilling bottles. I would never consider staying anywhere else in malang. Great hostel.

Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay! With neighboring residential mansions, the house appears to have been converted into a hostel. There was constant security, and i felt extremely secure. Large dining area, living room, and kitchen. The bathroom and room were both roomy and tidy. The bed was cozy and offered the ideal amount of privacy. Lovely central garden. There was always someone available if you needed assistance, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I heartily suggest staying there for your trip to mount bromo or the surrounding area.

The best place to stay in malang. The dorm rooms are enormous, with a large bathroom attached. Everyone had a large twodoor locker that easily accommodated a large backpack. The biggest plus of this hostel is the staff, they are the sweetest ive ever met in a hostel! They go out of their way to help, it took 45 minutes to book me a cheap airport transfer to soerabaja. Thank you for everything, you were amazing! Thank you.

We had a wonderful time staying at the snooze ijen hostel in banyuwangi, so it was no surprise for us to book a few nights at their newest lodging while passing through malang. The house is very spacious and the staff cleans it all day. There are several comfortable common areas, including a large kitchen with everything you need. The room was spotless and comfortable, with plenty of locker space. The staff is very nice and friendly, ready not only to help you with everything you need or want to arrange for your current and future travels in java, but also to have casual conversations. They are an amazing bunch, the heart and soul of snooze! Joe and misha.

Strongly recommended! Also within walking distance of the train station. My stay at snooze hostel malang was a genius and one of my best experiences staying in a hostel! It all began before i arrived with such kind, quick, and helpful communication via whatsapp. They helped me immediately check in in the middle of the night. They were helpful with any question or problem i had, such as a broken lock in my cupboard. They are always enthusiastic. They also provide you with many suggestions for activities and help you book a jeep tour to mount bromo. Patrick, the driver, was courteous and responsibly driving. Thats not always the case! I stayed in a room with four beds, and these are not even standard beds! It feels like everyone has their own capsule. The room and communal facilities are very clean. The common area is large, with a kitchen and a place to relax. You can meet people or find a solicitude! Whatever suits you! Most people come to malang for the mount bromo tour and the trains arrive in malang in the middle of the night, there is a lot of movement at night and almost always someone is catching up on sleep during the day. Bring a sleeping mask and earplugs. They are very flexible in hanging around after checkout until your train leaves. I also recommend the sister branch in yogyakarta, which is also fantastic!.

I had an amazing time at snooze malang! The staff is undoubtedly the best, they are all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The communication is excellent, and if you want, you can get a lot of tips and recommendations for malang and your subsequent travel. The cleanliness is impeccable, and its also peaceful. Theres plenty of space to meet other travelers. Because of the wonderful staff and atmosphere, i ultimately chose to stay at all three snooze branches. The best place you can stay in malang, a large property where you feel very safe. Shared facilities are cleaned multiple times each day and the staff are the friendliest and most helpful group of people you will ever meet!.

This hostel is truly exceptional, one of the best ive ever experienced. The staff provided excellent culinary recommendations, which we thoroughly enjoyed each time. The hostel is impeccably clean, and the common areas are spacious and inviting. We were able to relax and unwind after a 4 pm train ride, leaving our belongings at the hostel. We also enjoyed spending a few hours there, which made our stay truly comfortable.

This is one of the best hostels ive ever been to. This place is truly breathtaking. It is surrounded by stunning plants and incredibly friendly people. The common areas are perfect for meeting other travelers, and the kitchen is perfect for cooking or making coffee. My room was exceptionally comfortable. However, the highlight of the place is the exceptional service provided by the staff. Despite my brief visit of just one night, they went above and beyond to assist me with my travel plans and identify excellent hikes in east Java. I have visited quite a bit, and this hostel ranks among the best ive experienced.

This is the best hostel ive ever stayed at. The cleanliness is very good and the dorms are nice. The staff is amazing. I have one more night to stay and would stay longer if i could. Ive been all over indonesia and this is top tier.

The staff is amazing and very helpful and they have a beautiful place full of greenery. I couldnt stay with them because they were completely booked out. But they were the most helpful in arranging my trip for me and allowing me to hang out at their beautiful place.

The best hostel ive ever stayed at so far! Its a relatively new place that just opened a few months ago, so dont let the small reviews deter you from staying here. A friend of ours spoke highly of his stay here and you know what, he is right. Snooze malang is amazing! Everything is very clean and smells great. The team cleaned and scrubbed every day! Everyone has been so welcoming and friendly and all speak excellent english. They start conversations in the common area which helped gather other hostelmates to join in and mingle. The team also organizes tours, including a tour of malang, bromo, ijen, and bali. The location is perfect, especially with a scooter. Its hidden on a quieter and more developed street, but close to the hustle and bustle. Needless to say we extended our stay. The only thing we wanted was breakfast we were spoilt by snooze yakartas delicious breakfast every morning lol. If you want to rent a scooter, go to gasjon, a recommendation from snooze. New scooters, well maintained, very friendly and easygoing people, and 80 k per day for a 2023 honda beat 110 cc. We will be back! See you guys! See you guys!

Without a doubt, if i ever returned to malang, i would stay there and heartily suggest it. Without a doubt, the hostel is the greatest ive ever visited, and ive visited and visited a lot of them. The bed was cozy, the room was surprisingly spacious and immaculate, and it had powerful air conditioning. The communal restrooms were spotlessly clean, which was a result of them cleaning them several times a day. The kitchen and living room were lovely, and guests were invited to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. The welcoming staff of febri, iva, and talitha, who are the kindest people and are available to assist you with any issue, was the nicest aspect of the hostel.

If youre visiting malang, i highly recommend this place! It was a beautiful location with topnotch customer service. Being on a nicer street was convenient because i was unfamiliar with malang, and being in a more upscale area was comforting. The openair common areas are very peaceful and comfortable, and the beds are clean and tidy. Housekeeping does a great job. The bathrooms are also clean, and there is also a kitchen if needed.

Overall, i highly recommend the snooze hostel! A truly fantastic hostel! The rooms are wellequipped and impeccably clean. The entire staff at snooze is incredibly friendly and accommodating, whether you need restaurant recommendations, assistance booking scooters or tours to bromo or the city, or simply want to have a pleasant chat. There is always a team member available! The hostels location is ideal, being conveniently close to the train station (15 minutes walk away, and offering shopping and dining options nearby. Additionally, the airport is easily accessible by taxi in about 30 minutes.

The hostel is located on a peaceful, leafy residential street, making it a great place to unwind for a few days. They provided a comprehensive recommendation for the area, gave honest opinions on local tours, and couldnt be more lovely in general. They were so friendly, they even met me by name and knew my name when checkin time was at 4 am. The staff at this hostel are very kind and caring. The building is beautiful, with spacious dorms and comfortable social areas.
