The cabin was a remote base to explore the Snæfellsnes Peninsula. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 4 including 2 teenage boys. The geothermal hot tub was a fun treat too. The hike to Eldborg Crater was a nice adventure with great views from the (steep) summit.

The location is ideally located for cruising to the Snefellsnes peninsula. It was great to stay for one night in our campervan. The facilities are simple but there are just a few necessities. The toilets are clean and well looked after. There is information on where to check in and cleaning times.

The campground of this farm has a good cleanliness with a warm welcome. However, there is a problem with the toilet and kitchen there. But at the given time, no one is at the reception to answer to our questions. The only thing is, we got no information before check-in and had to pay for use of the campsite the next morning.

This was one of the best places we stayed in iceland. It is on a vast open plain with beautiful mountains in the distance. The cabin was clean and spacious. We had good internet service and there was a great hot tub for us to use.

The location is close to the hotel. So I recommend you to stay in this area. The location is very strategic. Located in the middle of town. The only downside is that the location was so quiet and peaceful. In the middle of all that this hotel has good facilities including a hot tub, shower, fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area, and we are also able to use the swimming pool pool.

The location was very strategic. The best location, as it is just 30 minutes from the city. Besides that, they gave the hot tub a lot to make our night enjoyable and comfortable.

This is actually a great spot, but it is 38km from the nearest restaurant or grocery store. We missed that detail and had to improvise dinner. They have a cafe with an honor bar, but only pastries. If they sold a couple staples that would have been excellent. Other than that, it’s great.
