Great stay, very comfortable. Parking can be a challenge, but not awful. Lots to do on site, great bakery next door, plenty of food delivery options and restaurants in walking distance. Would stay again!

It is in a great location with many places to eat within a 5 minute walk. The coffee shop attached to the hotel is really good too. When you check in you're given the option of daily, every other day and no cleaning of the room which is really nice. The room I had was clean, spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only downside is Iceland is built for heat conservation so there's no air con nor can you open the windows in a meaningful way.

REALLY enjoyed this hotel and would stay here easy on a future trip. I esp liked the greeting of sweets when I came into the hotel room and my welcome msg on the flatscreen. This was my 5th scheduled trip to Reykjavik- but fulfilled 4th trip! This was my fav hotel, thus far. Clean, good 15 min walk from town ( good for me ), quiet, seemed safe. I stayed at another high end hotel on my first trip and enjoyed it as well. However, this place was quieter and the best part, BY FAR, was the orange tabby sleeping in the lobby, "MANGO". I brought him food and he was the highlight!!

The location is excellent! It’s close walking distance to many tourist sites and museums in the city and close to the Maritime Museum bus stop. We loved the breakfast provided by the hotel and the Hygge coffee shop and bakery there. The spa was closed during our stay which wasn't great and we weren’t refunded the extra money we had paid for spa access. They did include one day of free hotel breakfast and a free coffee for the two of us though which was very kind. The staff were all very lovely and helpful. There was even a cat hanging around the front lobby area for most of our stay

Excellent hotel! Our stay was very nice, everything was absolutely great! We highly recommend getting a balcony as the view is lovely. It is also perfectly located to explore the west side of town and its beautiful waterfront! The only comment we have is that there was a lingering smell in the bathroom.

The breakfast was amazing! Large windows and you could see a peek through of a mountain:). We used the sauna—so relaxing!!! We had a room for 3 for 3 days and it was good size. The staff was excellent especially Ausra who was very attentive and accommodating!! Excellent hotel—-just beautiful and spacious ☺️☺️☺️
