The room is too small to fit 2 people. Its not suitable for a family of 3. The staff are good and the housekeeping is good. The air conditioning is not helping, i had to switch to another room due to the air conditioning problem. The printer is there but not useful, you have to walk 2 km to find a nearby cyber center / photocopy shop.

My stay at fabhotel exotica greenpark was good. The staff are well and good and also helpful. Mr. Sukla, arvinder the service boy and dinesh are very cooperative and helpful. They guide me to delhi sightseeing very well. I wish him three for future progress.

Best comfortable hotel in green park extension area. Exotica hotel Its small but very good. They are maintaining the building structure well. The food is also good, fresh and hygienic. There is no large parking around the building.

This hotel is in the heart of delhi. If you want to apply for a visa, it is close to all the embassy. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious. The only issue is that the room was a bit small for a family of 3.

Overall, highly recommended if you want to stay near chanankyapuri and only need a bed and breakfast and nothing more luxurious. Although it is a very basic hotel, the staff, especially mr. Girijashankar and mr. Edison, are very warm and genuine people. The food is very tasty and fresh. After checking out, i had to wait at the hotel because i had an evening flight. However, they made sure i received all the care i could possibly need. The best part was when i forgot my important documents in their hotel, they made sure they kept them safe and worked with me to have them safely sent to my home address.

The deluxe rooms are a bit small, but they are suitable for a 1-2day stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the service is excellent. The food is delicious. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Overall, the experience is positive, as there are many south indian restaurants close by, as well as the metro. At first, we had a crowded room, but we got a spacious one the next day upon request. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious.

Its a nice little guest house rather than a hotel. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious, just like home cooked. Its very convenient. It gave a very homely feel. The rooms are spacious and have basic amenities. Its also very clean. For the price, its a sure bargain.

Pros include the proximity to the market, the cleanliness of the rooms, the absence of a lingering odor, and the availability of fast wifi. The aloo parathas are delicious! Cons the room is too small for a single occupancy room. The bathrooms and bath area are also too small. There is no buffet breakfast and there arent many breakfast options available. Despite being close to the market, the area lacks a good dining option. The staff seemed surprised when we asked questions, and their expressions seemed a little rude to me. Slightly overpriced, lokking at the offer.

Good stay, but the room is small without a window while i booked a dx room. In any case, the stay was good the staff were nice. Breakfast was of good quality.

Although the room i booked wasnt the one i was given, the cleanliness, sanitation, and services were topnotch. Even though it was almost midnight, they did provide us with all the amenities we needed. I could say that green park was better than i had to pay a little bit more.
