Unfortunately, the castle is on the main road of Kalpetta. It is in a prime location in that sense that it is on the highway and not in the city. It is surrounded by greenery and mountains in the distance. The motel has been remodeled and reopened over a year when I wrote this review. It is clean. The rooms are very clean and exactly like the photos on the hotel website. Every room comes with air conditioning, a fan, to and a kettle with free coffee or tea. The rest rooms are tidy and do not have bathtubs but there is a designated area for bathing. Hot water is readily accessible 24 hours a day. Although fewer people at the moment, the employees are extremely courteous. There is no laundry service at the hotel, which I hope will change in the near future. The hallways, elevators, and corridors are both clear and wide. Comparative to similar categories in other towns in the state, the room price is unbeatable. The food lounge serves local, continental, arabic, and Chinese cuisines. The options are limited, and morning breakfast is only served after 7.30 a. M. It is challenging for early risers and those who have to go early. I recommend this hotel? Yes. The cost and cleanliness are important. The boss, My. Noushad, is very welcoming and goes above and beyond to assist visitors.

After a long day, we finally checked in to this hotel. We had reserved 2 rooms because we were two families. It was like a little soochipara falls when the water started to leak when we switched on the ac. The top part of the bed was wet. The other room makes no difference. After much discussion with the staff, we spent 1. 5 hours getting the linen changed. The only staff member can't speak Hindi or English. At the end of this, we wanted to have a hot water bath. There is absolutely no hot water. The staff advised that the water tap must be kept open for 23 minutes. We wasted water by keeping the water tap open for 10 minutes, but there wasn't any hot water. After a long day, it was the worst experience.

This hotel is very safe for families and the food here is excellent, especially the morning breakfast. For the price, the service, food, and location you get is more than value for money. The staff is well trained and very helpful. Not just Nooshad who is a partner and is always available for any kind of help you might need. Its located about this far raped beach which is a must visit if you are staying here. Will definitely visit again and thank you Team Sorry Castle for making our vacation so fantastic. The hotel is only a few minutes from the city center and yet far from the hustle and bustle of the area. Its on a high way with a fantastic hotel and cozy bedside tables.

We had a great time in this hotel and accommodation. The sorry castle is situated on Kalpetta's main road, so you can get the very good breakfast in the morning thanks to the food lounge. The location is also great, perfect for walking in the morning, and the rooms are very clean and made us feel at home. The reason is because the location is on the main road, it is also great for walking around the area in the morning. I give the most sincere appreciation to Noushad. He treated us like his friends, and I will definitely refer to my family friends. I appreciate you so much for making our vacation wonderful.

It's not a good hotel, sorry castle, but it's located on the main road of Kalpetta town. The rooms are spacious, courteous, and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good. Lunch and dinner food in the food lounge is good. Most tourist sites are within a 45- to 90-minute distance of the hotel. The tea estate behind the hotel is amazing. You have to use your vehicle or walk to the tea estate to get a beautiful view in the morning before 70.
