Although off the main town, the location is excellent. There are no elevators. There is no porter or concierge. The restaurant is pleasant and large, however, there is only one worker. Large rooms with balconies. Room service is adequate. The authorities must ensure that this large hotel is well taken care of.

I can't say enough good things about this awful relic. Even though we had a lovely room and a suite, the surrounding countryside was surrounded by fresh air and friendly neighbors, but I don't have anything good to say about the sorry ghetto. The hotel appears to only serve as an extension of a sizable bar, a rarity in mainly dry malappuram. As we were there in January, there must have been other guests staying at the hotel, but we never saw one. But the bar was lively and thriving. If there was a lift, we never located it, but thats fine our room was up a single flight of stairs. But the stairs and corridor were dark enough that it was difficult to see the steps as we walked down the steps. Despite contrary marketing, the majority of the staff, including one, seemed to comprehend or speak virtually zero English. Even old Indians who have been around the country numerous times and have always been able to convey our messages in one way or another, it was nearly impossible to communicate with them. extremely frustrating. When we first inquired about the laundry service, the night clerk was clueless, but the latter appeared to be adequate until they destroyed two shirts on our final day there. We didn't notice the damage until we moved on to the next town. But none of the things above was as awful as

The food here is very good and very affordable. The lady employees are also very friendly. They have a bar. They are slightly out of town and the main entrance faces the road. But the front side is spacious.
