In the morning, we arrived at Katra. Since we had asked for an early checkin, we were given a room that looked out onto the mates' mandi. My rahul at the reception completed the checking swiftly and smoothly. My shaman, who manages the front office department, is a lovely person to talk to, added dinner to our rp plan, and gave us a room with a view of the mandi. That was the nicest view we could have ever had, and he made sure our stay was fantastic. The hotel is close to the train station, and they provide car drop-off services to nearly anywhere in the city. The hotel's cuisine is excellent, and my ashwin made sure we were treated well and served us fantastic cuisine during our stay. Looking forward to staying with them again in the future. Excellent hospitality from incredible people who work with them. Keep up the good work, guys.

We were a group of 4 cousins travelling together to visit Vaishno Devi. We stayed at Lemon Tree Katra for 1 night during our short stay in Katra. The hotel served it's purpose very well. It was comfortable and clean. The location was great and the customer service was excellent.

I had a great time at Lemon Tree Katra, they took care of me well, all my questions and worries were resolved. The place is safe and hygienic. The services are excellent and the food quality is very good. And last but not least, the staff here is very kind and proactive. I enjoyed my stay here and recommend it to others. Looking forward to returning.

From the past 5 years, I visited lemon tree katra very often. My child was a little milky and her milk requirements were not met by the timings, but the hotel staff never let me down. They provided me with milk and food even late at night, so that's why I never changed the hotel, keep it up, whole team.

Best place to stay. Just 2 minutes from Katra railway station. In good location. Good cleanliness in and around the hotel. Nice people always make good employees. Great cuisine. It is really a good hotel but not as good as we were expecting . Mr Asif or Arif was very humble and in restuarant staff, the services rendered by Mr. Rakesh was up to the mark . I think this hotel has only one negative aspect, that is the front Enterance gate and parking. We were expecting that this hotel would have the fascinating enterance and parking like Lemon Tree Gurgaon/Delhi but it's totally different from them

Had amazing stay. clean hotel, room service, house keeping is also good. I feel there is scope of improvement on complimentary transport facility. Since they have only one car, on weekend due to heavy rush, guest will have to either wait for long time to avail the facility or arrange on their own.
