Cancellation/ Refund Policy 1. If we are, for whatever reason, unable to provide the accommodation for which an advance has been paid, we will refund the advance payment, within seven working days, with no further liability. 2. In all other cases, any advance payment made is strictly non-refundable & non-adjustable whether or not, for whatever reason, the guest can not avail of the accommodation booked. 3. However, if a written cancellation is received by us at least 2 working days before the date of stay, AND we can sell the accommodation, credit for an advance given may be granted, (subject to the sale of accommodation initially booked) for another booking within a period of 4 months.
General Policies 1. Payments accepted via UPI, NEFT, Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card.2. Restaurant Timings: Breakfast 8am to 11am, Lunch 1pm to 3:30pm, Evening Snacks 4pm to 7:30pm, Dinner 7:30pm to 10:30pm3. Restaurant offers daily specials and à la carte menu. 4. To avoid delays, please pre-order at reception and/or with restaurant staff. As food is freshly prepared, some à la carte dishes in particular may require additional preparation time.5. Please inform us of food preferences/ allergies at the time of booking or on arrival.6. Room service is not available.7. Liquor is presently not available at the hotel. By law, outside alcohol cannot be consumed in public areas. In the near future beer and wine will be served: please enquire at our reception.8. Rooms do not include TVs or mini-bars.9. Laundry, phone, and convenience items are available at additional charges. Printer and scanner facility is available — please contact Reception. 10. Loud music inside rooms is not permitted to ensure comfort of all guests.11. No smoking inside rooms. Guests may smoke in the balcony.12. Pets are not allowed.13. Conference Hall and Gardens are available for events/ photoshoots—please check with Reception for details.
Terms & Conditions 1. Check-in: 11:00 a.m. | Check-out: 10:00 a.m. 2. Early arrivals may use hotel facilities until rooms are ready.3. Bookings are confirmed only after full payment of accommodation charges.4. Valid government photo ID with address (Voter ID, Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Passport) is required for all guests at check-in.5. Foreign Nationals/NRIs/OCIs must present Passport, Visa, and one passport-size photograph.6. All rooms are double occupancy (rate remains the same whether one or both beds are used). 7. One extra bed is allowed in some rooms at an additional cost.8. Children under 7 years stay free if no extra bed is required.9. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.10. Food charges are separate and not included in room tariff.11. Outside food and alcohol are not permitted. Crockery/cutlery will not be provided for the same.12. The management is not responsible for loss of or damage to guests' belongings. Guests are requested to use the in-room safe for their valuables. If required, some valuables can be left at reception.13. Public holidays & vacation periods are charged at weekend rates.14. Rights of admission are reserved.
