House Rules:
1. Emergency Exit is in front of the main door. In Emergency use Stairs.
2. If any Fire in House Use Fire Extinguisher placed outside of house in Emergency Exit.
3. Take the help of the tower guard in any emergency or call on emergency contact no.
4. If any Electrical, Plumbing or wood related problem, please call on Given no. and give flat details.
5. First-AID kit in living room drawers. Use it in emergency, don’t remove the items of First-AID box. Its for emergency use only.
6. CCTV is on Premise Covering entry/exit of main door only.
7. Door Main lock is iCloud-based Lock. On your check-out date its password will be automatically changed. So please inform owner if you want to stay little extra hours.
8. Pets are not allowed at the property.

Common Rule:
1. Please maintain the cleaning of the flat as handed over for the next guest.
2. Used Towels put in the washing basket when check-out the flat.
3. Max. Six Guest allowed; Extra Guest are chargeable please mention at booking time. Children Under 12 years are free if use existing bedding with parents.
4. Neighbours don’t like shouting or any type of high sound. Please don’t create high noise. Become a decent guest and take care of your neighbours.
5. Inviting a guest has its limitation. Invite the guest in limited times 10-8PM. Ensure that they leave premise in your presence.
6. Cleaning Charges Are extra than price its Rs. 300 if stay of one week or Rs. 500 is stay for 2-3 days.
Hot Water: Switch on the Geyser if required Hot Water. Ensure Switch off if not required.
