Siolim house was incredible. It was like visiting a home in the olden days. My experience with my partner and I was perfect. We met the old dog Blackie and we also brought my mother along for the trip. The team at Siolim house was so accommodating and we were able to get a room right next to the governors room, which was super convenient for our traveling. Our room was incredible, with high vaulted ceilings and incredible decor that reminded us of a tenured but beautiful past. The location was excellent right next to a cute coffee shop called Alag. We had an amazing time. we will be back and we can’t wait.

This is a very beautiful and considered place to stay. The mix of courtyards, the pool and the indoor spaces are wonderful. The bedrooms are charming and comfortable. The food offering is good but a little bit limited. The staff are very sweet and helpful.

A beautiful renovated Portuguese heritage property. Tucked away in Siolim, a beautiful village. Convenient walk to find taxis nearby / small cafes. Beautiful rooms & pool. Staff are very attentive and the breakfast selection is amazing; lots of fresh fruit, teas, good coffee, hot food that varies daily and good croissants.

We spent three nights at this wonderful little hotel with our three year old daughter and were delighted with how quaint the property is. The staff at the front desk, the kitchen and the pool took care of all our needs as a family. The home style cooking was perfect for our child. The rooms have an old world charm with spacious bathrooms. We cannot thank the staff enough for spoiling our daughter silly. We plan on visiting this place annually if not more often!

5 stars is not enough for this property. It was my first time visiting the property with my mother, dad, and sister. My sister had discovered this gem a year ago and had stayed here, and introduced us to this place. This will now be my go-to place every time I visit Goa. The staff is extremely friendly. The atmosphere of this place is jus very amazing and positive. The rooms are large and spacious. You can never find this type of accommodation at this price. The hotel is maintained. Rooms are limited. The pool area is a great place to relax. It's so peaceful. I was lucky enough to meet the owner who purchased this property 25 years ago and has kept the essence of making it appear so great. The location is pretty central. Mins from most of the main attractions one would want to visit. You can visit their website and see the story behind this beautiful property.

We enjoyed our stay at Solid House. Its a lovely historic building that is intriguing, calm, and serene. Lovely staff who are friendly and helpful. Great food, wonderful location. The only drawback is the extremely slow wifi compared to other nearby locations. We hired scooters, which allowed us to explore the area easily since there were few transportation options and no cars for rickshaws. The Saturday market at Maps is a must-do, as are the numerous intriguing countryside and beach locations. I hope we can come back to solid. It was particularly enjoyable to swim in a proposed pool that had a deep end!.

The good thing about this place is the nice hospitality, the nice cleanliness, pool area, and the cleanliness. The nicest place that we will stay for staying at is this house. The staff is also very nice and courteous. The facilities are also very good, this is very good for families as well.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The staff and management at Solid House are very helpful and friendly and as a solo traveller, this was one of my best stays ever. The hotel is centrally located and most beaches are within a 30 minute drive. The manager also has great recommendations for restaurants and tourist attractions.

The food was well prepared and tasteful. Arun and Lucy's hospitality were wonderful. All the residents who stayed there celebrated my birthday. Arun is an excellent athlete and host. We are encouraged to walk around the place. Definitely returning.

Siolim is charming and full of history. This area and North Goa were our favourite. The room was lovely and very clean but the exterior of the property and pool area need upkeep and maintenance. There are also good food options nearby and the breakfast was simple but very good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Tasteful quiet stay in beautifully restored heritage property. The pool is quite special and loved the small local touches like Goan breads for breakfast. The service could be warmer and less snooty. An investment in a small espresso machine would make a world of difference, especially with the clientele. But the rooms and the grounds are truly inspiring and an oasis. Great location near Goa's best restaurants. Away from thumping seedy party scene.

The small hotel is an old fort situated on a hill overlooking the Arabian Sea. The rooms was nicely decorated in a "heritage" style respecting the old building. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Remember to ask how to switch on the water heater in the bathroom otherwise you will have to put up with a cold shower. In the evening a million tiny ant-like insects entered the room through a small hole in the wall, but I was offered to change to another of the 7 rooms in the property. The check in procedure was somewhat confused and slightly cold unlike the rest of the staff, and I was asked to email my reservation to them... The place wins you over by its unique setting and original decor, but seems to be recently opened and still facing some running in issues.

Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel . Sehr sorgfältig renoviertes 300 jährigem colonial portugiesisches Haus.Excellente Currys! Leider haben die schönsten Zimmer keine AC... Das war für mich Ende April sehr Hart aber man kann auch eine andere Saison wählen. Besser gesagt, selber schuld.
