We would appreciate if you could take of your shoes before entering the house since this is our home.

Cooking Facilities
Two Burner Gas Stove or Induction Based Electrical Stove
Small Size Pressure Cooker, Pan, Kadai, Tawa. Tea & Coffee making Bow, Plates, Spoons, Bowls and Refrigerator.

FIRE, NOISE, SMOKING and DRINKING
Kindly refrain from smoking or using candles indoors. While alcohol is allowed on the premises, ensure it doesn't disturb neighbors or fellow residents in the same building.


Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. During the rest of the time, maintain sound levels at or below 70dB to ensure a safe environment for everyone's hearing.


TRASH
In the kitchen there is a basket with a plastic bag. Please rinse drinking bottles and put them in there.


PARKING
Please contact, if you are driving your own vehicle and need parking.
KEYS
Please contact, for keys upon arrival.

TV
To turn the TV on, press the button on top of the TV. Also, on top of the TV you can select HDMI 4. HDMI 4 is the Chromecast.

Occupancy Guidelines
We welcome families and individuals only. If you intend to make a reservation for a mixed-gender group, please reach out to the landlord beforehand. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

For One or Two Guests Booking, allowed to give Single Room and Three to Four Booking Two Rooms allowed in the Flat, For more than Four can occupy entire Flat.

All guests shall provide Government Issued IDs during check-in and at anytime when requested.

Unapproved Guests not allowed anytime in the Premises.
