The Summit Ilium hotel and spa is a good place to stay. We enjoyed the mountain view from the terrace and the room. The rooms have spectacular mountain views. Hotel service and food both are very good. The rooms and common area are also very clean. We stayed three nights and enjoyed it. Neha among the staff deserves special mention. She is polite, professional and well-mannered. I wish her and her writing success in life.

It couldn't have been a more wonderful decision for us to stay here for one night primarily to spend the weekend between Bangkok and Bagdogra. It had a great location, excellent views, spotless, and roomy accommodations, and I adored the kettles! Concentrated on quality! Excellent personnel We left at 6 am and were given a delicious takeout breakfast that had been thoughtfully prepared and packed. The staff did an outstanding job over the two meals we consumed at the hotel. The manager and front desk staff were excellent hosts.

The hotel is in an ideal location from the major town and has a beautiful view. I also enjoyed the breakfast. The key feature of my stay was the excellent customer service. Neha and write together with everyone else were very sweet, they always had beautiful smiles on their faces and were very warm and polite. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to more trips to Kalimpong and more stays at the summit.

Everything was good, but my room had a musty / mildewy smell. The food was delicious and the view from the balcony was amazing.
