Spend your days in Calangute in the midst of culture, beauty and heritage. Villa Calangute Phase 2 is centrally located on Holiday Street and a 2 minutes walk to the renowned Calangute Shore. From here you can walk either side of the beach belt, to Candolim or Baga or beyond! Our cozy, stylish and homely villa has 6 bedrooms! It is ideal for 12 people but can comfortably fits up to 19. For a group getaway that’s close to the entertainment strip this house is perfect. The space Key features of Phase 2
☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.
☆ This villa is 2 min walk (200 mtrs) to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 6 AC bedrooms & 5 bathrooms with Shared swimming pool + Pool table + Foosball Game Table + Carrom board with another 4BHK villa (PHASE1). Free WiFi with 30-50 mbps speed.
☆ Villa has 4 king-size beds & 5 single beds (one room has 3 single beds): On request, single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.
☆ Check in at 1:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am. Flexibility is based on availability.
☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.
☆ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site).
☆ Parking is compounded for 2 Cars.
