Vila Keluarga Syariah Mawar #9 is a villa located in the Dago Pakar Resort area which is a premium area in Bandung. The area is very strategic and close to the InterContinental Hotel and Hotel Indigo. This area is also very close to famous campuses such as ITB, UNPAD, UPI etc., close to tourist destinations in Bandung and also very close to culinary centers that are very famous in Bandung.

The location of Villa Mawar #9 is located in a downslope area that has an upper floor and a lower floor with a view facing the mountains, a view that is very rarely found in other places. This makes this villa very special.

This villa is rented to the public, especially for family guests and has a Sharia concept. The villa consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, where 3 bathrooms with hot / cold showers and one bathroom only uses a cold water shower. But this will not reduce the comfort of the visitors.

All rooms and house areas are non-smoking areas. However, this villa has many open areas that can be used for smoking areas.

Overall, it can accommodate 10 guests if referring to the number of rooms and beds. However, this villa can accommodate more than 10 people if using an extra bed. But for this extra bed, it is paid.

The family room is equipped with Smart TV and wifi. also equipped with a kitchen that provides complete cooking and dining equipment. Here there is a refrigerator, dispensers, majiccom, toaster, BBQ tools etc.

For guests who come to visit, towels and complete bathroom equipment are also provided. So visitors don't need to bother bringing bathroom equipment from home.

The location of this villa can accommodate 3 vehicles in the parking area. If you bring more vehicles, you must coordinate so that the parking area can be arranged.
