A quite and fresh housing cluster, homey house at North Bandung. Near to many interesting areas like water park and playground, cafes, factory outlets, etc. All the rooms and terraces are comfortable, provided with barbecue equipment, also suitable for family, office activities.

Local accent of hand made interior and decoration such wooden basin, stone basin, metal basin, ceramics, lesung table (lesung is an old traditional rice mills), and beautiful paintings. The garden has a "cing cau" tree that its leaves could be made traditional drink i.e "cing cau hijau"

Clarista Villa was built in 2026. The Aesthetic Modern Luxury Villa in Bandung, It has a lot of thematic area and rooms for you to take a picture with you family, colleagues and friends. The villa is under Mogen Villa Management, we offer an affordable price compare to other villas with the complete facilities and luxury villas. You will satisfiy with our services and villa is clean. Pets are not allowed at this villa, in order to keep the villa clean.

Clarista  has 3 (three) Air Conditioned Non Smoking-Non Vape bedrooms with 4 bathrooms (Hot Water). Villa capacity is 10-11 person without extra bed. If you stay more than 10 person you must adds on extra bed, 4 extra bed available, so the villa maximum capacity is 15 person. Please smoke at outdoor area such as balcony.

Master Bedroom has 2 Queen Sized Bed. The room has 50 inch Smart TV.  The rooms capacity can be up to 6 person with additional 2 extra beds. It has battub, tatami area. You can see pool view with Bandung City Background. You will see a very nice scenery at this room. You can feel like you visit to Japan, enjoy staying at this room.  

Main Bedroom has 1 King Sized Bed with balcony. The room has 43 inch Smart TV. You can enjoy the modern interior design at this room.

Bunk Bed Room has 1 Double Sized bed and 1 Single Bed with Balcony. The room theme is Mickey Mouse and Mini Mouse. Kids Friendly. Your kids will be very happy to stay at this room. The rooms also can be stayed by adults.  

 VIlla Facilities :

• Living Room has Sofa Bed (2 person can sleep at this sofa), Karaoke with 65 Inch Smart TV, JBL Encore Karaoke Speaker. You will feel at proffessional Karaoke Room at this area. It also has a bathroom. This room is no smoking room.
• Kitchen & Dining Rooms at the same area, all cutlery, cookware is complete, so you no need to bring any cutlery and cookware when you stay at Clarista VIlla. Refrigerator, Rice Cooker, Blender, Water Dispenser and Microwave is available.
• Billiard with Mini Bar at second floor, and some thematic photo spot at this area.
• Barbeque at rooftop.
• Private pool at rooftop (heated pool has extra charge please adds on heated pool if you are willing to book heated pool) with Side Pool Mini Bar. You can enjoy Bandung City View at this area.
• Toileteries are complete.
• Laundry : available Washing Machine if you stay 2 nights or more.
