All the staff were friendly (especially Trisna in the breakfast section, Bayu at the reception, and Andre as the room attendant). On check in day, we received early check in since the room was already ready. During breakfast, the staff always asked if the food was good and consistently offered to refill our coffee. All the hotel staff were extremely helpful and warm, even noticing small details about me. The hotel’s location is very close to the beach and shopping malls (Lippo Mall Kuta and Discovery Mall). There are several swimming pool options, all of which are comfortable. We initially booked only two nights, but after arriving, we decided to extend our stay for another two nights and it turned out to be a very right decision. Thank you to all the staff who welcomed and assisted my family during our stay at Bali Dynasty Resort. Unfortunately, I couldn’t upload the photos I took of the hotel atmosphere because the files were too large.Popular Facilities
