Kamandhani Bali Hotel has 12 luxurious rooms. There are 2 types of Deluxe Room, with views of the pool and with views of rice fields. Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen cable TV, minibar, refrigerator and an electric kettle are also available. Attached bathrooms offer bathtubs and complimentary toiletries. All equipped cold water lines and hot water, shower, hairdryer, hand and face towels, shampoo & conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, shower gel, toilet tissue, minibar, complimentary mineral water, facilities for making coffee and tea.

The restaurant operates at 7 am until 10 noon to provide breakfast. If you want to order food outside these hours, please look at the room service menu is available in your room. There is a TV with video games in the kids room. All rooms have a wonderful view so you can wake up with a smile in the morning and start your day right. 3 have direct access to the swimming pool. One has a private balcony with comfortable armchairs. One has an external garden shower on top of its standard bathroom.

The external spaces and the lounge, as well as the biggest and nicest room on the ground floor are totally wheelchair accessible (according to western norms), including its bathroom. The villa can therefore welcome disabled guests (please advise us when booking so that our staff can put in place some specific equipment in the bathroom).

The spacious open living room offers a fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining area by the pool and a large lounge area to relax and come together. Please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life!

Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope.

Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.

Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host's scope. No generator is available on site.

Other things to note

Some decor items such as paintings and/or lamps appearing on pictures may be replaced from time to time and therefore alter the global appearance of the leaving room.
