Lokasinya sangat bagus, di pusat kota Painan. Tempat parkirnya cukup luas. Fasilitasnya juga lengkap, termasuk gym, kolam renang, kafe, dan layanan sewa sepeda. Kamarnya bersih, meskipun beberapa kunci kamar rusak (di lantai 3) dan tidak ada penanda arah kiblat di dalam kamar (padahal hotel syariah). Sarapannya cukup bervariasi dan enak.

Lokasinya strategis, harga terjangkau dan bersaing. Kamar bersih, handuk bersih. TV berfungsi dengan baik. Shower dan keran wudhu juga berfungsi dengan baik. Ada juga air panas. Sarapan prasmanan disediakan jika kondisi hotel ramai, dan jika sepi akan diantar ke kamar. Ada juga kolam renang dan gym.

Fasilitas lengkap, hanya saja beberapa bagiannya kurang terawat. Seperti pintu kamar yang tidak dirapatkan, sehingga tidak akan tertutup rapat sehingga tidak terkunci rapat. Padahal kartu NFC kamar hotel sudah dicabut. Secara keseluruhan bagus. Menu makanannya sesuai selera. Pelayanan baik. Koneksi internet lancar. Pengalaman menyenangkan dan nyaman bisa saya rasakan saat menginap di hotel ini.

Hotel ini sangat direkomendasikan karena lokasinya yang strategis di pusat kota. Staff hotel yang ramah dan sarapan yang enak. Sayangnya tidak ada lift di lantai tiga, jadi agak repot bagi tamu yang menginap di lantai tiga.

Lokasinya dekat dengan pantai Carocok, ada pintu penghubung jika Anda datang bersama keluarga atau teman. Kemudian dekat dengan pusat makanan, bersih, nyaman, tapi tidak ada ketel air, jadi sulit untuk memasak air panas. Kamar mandi memiliki shower, luas, bersih. Kamar deluxe cukup luas dan membuat betah.
