Saat bingung mencari penginapan. Tempat ini hadir dengan harga yang terjangkau. Kami datang ke sini untuk kunjungan keluarga. Namun, tidak tahu bahwa rumah keluarganya memiliki beberapa bangunan di sebelah penginapan ini. Sebagai RT, terdapat ATM, kolam renang, dan dekat dengan Wrung-Wrung. Meskipun bangunannya agak tua, namun masih bisa diremajakan.

Kamarnya bersih, tata letak kamar mandinya agak unik karena batasan showernya sangat pendek, sehingga jika mandinya rusuh, air akan mengalir ke mana-mana. AC-nya dingin. Bagi yang tidak suka kasur terlalu empuk, tidak akan bisa tidur karena kasurnya mendelep ke dalam.

Untuk harga hotel yang sudah cukup lama dan kurang perawatan menurut saya, harganya cukup lumayan, saran saya agar pihak hotel dapat melakukan perbaikan agar para tamu tidak banyak yang kecewa.

Baru kali ini berenang di derawan indah. Kami membatalkan pesanan dengan alasan kupon sudah dirobek. Itu adalah hak kami untuk mengetahui mengapa kupon sudah dirobek. Dan teman kami dapat mengembalikan uang.

Ada beberapa furniture yang sudah tua, sering mati lampu tapi cepat di backup genset hotel, sarapannya biasa saja, tapi pelayanan stafnya sangat bagus.

Pertama kali melihat hotel ini dari luar, mengapa terlihat seperti tidak terawat dengan baik. Namun, begitu memasuki lobi, itu juga bersih, meskipun ada air menetes dari langit-langit di tengah ruang lobi. Kamarnya bersih, AC-nya dingin, kamarnya luas dan bisa digunakan untuk sholat, dua gantungan tersedia, dan kamar mandinya memiliki shower yang luas. Menurut saya, kamar mandinya juga luas dan memiliki shower yang luas. Sejauh ini, menurut saya, semuanya baik-baik saja. Semoga ke depannya bisa ditingkatkan lagi perawatannya.

Kamar dan kamar mandinya bersih, dilengkapi dengan shower dengan air panas. Handuk, sbun, shampoo, odol, dan sikat gigi juga tersedia. Namun, spreinya agak kekuningan mungkin karena spreinya sudah lama. Lampu tidurnya mati satu, tidak ada air panas untuk kopi dan teh. TV hanya memiliki 6 saluran. Karpet di lantai lift sudah rusak. Sarapan yang disediakan termasuk nasi goreng, miehun, terong goreng, dan aym kecap serta puding, sayangnya tidak ada roti. Namun, yang paling disukai adalah kolam renangnya, meskipun airnya tidak terlalu bersih. Meskipun harganya cukup terjangkau, terutama dengan harga murah melalui aplikasi. Resepsionisnya juga ramah.
