We decided to hang out in the hotel lounge, the environment is comfortable. The service was also nice. The hotel is also easy to find, there is a lot of access to go to this hotel, especially by public transportation. It's a good experience to visit.

Ive been staying here for a couple of days. The hotel is old and quiet. The meeting room is quite large. The lunch buffet is excellent and delicious. But, it was my second meeting here during the fasting month, so we ordered lunch at the restaurant. The menu was limited. Soto central beef coconut soup, which was not good and a touch too cold. But it was served with juice and fruit. Fried game and timber rice were excellent.

The lobby itself was nice and a source of luxury. They have a lounge and restaurant on the side of the lobby. Service. Now service is something quite bad. Staff is now polite and willing to assist, but maybe they need to be more disciplined. This hotel has a long counter divided into 3 information, receptionist, and cashier. I normally see at least 2 people at the counter when I check in a hotel, but in that one, only one, who has the other client. The staff are friendly, they greet me, tell me to wait, and call another staff. But the staff who helped me when I had a little problem with the room is also friendly. The most unpleasant one was the next day when I checked out and wanted to store my suitcase for the latter pick up, the receptionist told me to lift the suitcase and pass it to him over the counter which is chest high, two heavy suitcase. I didn't really complain because the staff is still friendly tough. The room is now a hotel's main dishes. I had a few issues with this when booking through application, don't know if the issue is in application or the hotel. I booked the same room but had a fixed cabinet and switched the refrigerator, however, the room was still dirty and had hair from a sex. However, after she cleaned it first, the bathroom still did not flush.

Sangat terkesan dengan rasa masakan, enak dan betul2 saya nikmati. kesan masuk loby bernuansa era 80 dibalut dengan aksesoris modern. sangat ikonik dan historikal sekali. hotel ini juga banyak turis asing yg menginap.

Hotel nya boleh dibilang biasa aja.......penggunaan wi fi dan jaringan hp sangat susah dan sangat mengganggu sehingga untuk berkomunikasi untuk lancara dan agak lama...harus turun dan keluar dari kamar agar jaringannya terjangkau

Overall cukup. Hanya handuk dikamar mandi tidak diganti. Mohon diperhatikan lagi kebersihannya, ketika sampai kamar, karpet agak berdebu dan memberikan rasa gatal. Breakfast lumayan.

saya memesan kamar hotel melalui tiket.com dengan type kamar excutive suit....dan saya telah membayarnya....sewaktu saya sampai ke hotel tersebut......agak lama menunggu (15menit)...dan saya diminta memberikan bookingan dari tiket.com....setelah saya berikan....akhirnya saya dapat kamar........kemudian saya istirahat dikamar tersebut.. bukan kamar yang pesan yang diberikan....terus saya komplain.....dan dengan rasa tak bersalah...mereka menjawab Bpak kalau pesan kamar ,,,jangan lewat online dong...buat ribet aja...saya jawab Anda hanya pegawai,, jangan sok tau...laksanakan aja status anda sebagai pegawai...... saya nginap di situ karena dekat dengan adik saya...tapi saya kecewa...
