♦️ This is our home and therefore we kindly ask you to treat the villa accordingly. In particular:
* No parties or drugs.
* If you use the kichen please clean up after yourself.
* Marble in the kitchen is a porous material, it spoils, from acids (lemon, mango, etc.), hot, effervescent drinks.
* Please use the coasters when cooking to save marble.
* Smoking/vaping permitted outside rooms only.
* No loud noise after 11 pm.
* Switch off the AC and light when not in use or go outside the villa in order to avoid fire, because the house has a lot of wooden structures, so we care about this issue.
* Do not use wax candles. Do not make fires.
* Don't throw garbage into the toilet. Otherwise, the guest pays for special cleaning.
* Don't stop staff to take care of the villa. The house, garden and pool should receive the necessary services to use.
* When check-in with pets, we ask security deposit.

✔️ Late check-out until 14:00 free of charge (subject to availability of last rooms on the day of departure)

✔️ until 18:00 - 50% of the cost of the day
✔️ until 21:00 - 75% of the cost of the day
✔️until 12:00 - 100% of the cost of the day.
