Penginapan ini memiliki konsep homestay. Suasananya sejuk karena banyak pohon dan ada kolam renang. Jika sedang tidak ada manusia, itu berasa kolam pribadi karena ukurannya juga tidak terlalu luas. Harga 400.000 Sangat mahal karena lokasinya yang agak jauh dari Malioboro tetapi sebanding dengan ketenangan yang didapat, harga begitu. Stafnya juga ramah, ciri khas orang Jogja banget.

Lokasi hotel ini cukup jauh dari pusat kota, namun aksesnya sangat mudah ditemukan. Hotel yang sepi dan harga yang ditawarkan sangat sepadan dengan fasilitas yang didapatkan. Banyak turis mancanegara maupun domestik yang datang ke sini untuk menghindari hiruk pikuk kota.

Basically, this is a very nice cheap hotel with Javanese decor, but sadly not enough work to make it better. Our room was spacious and old but the shower room was dirty and old and definitely needs improvement. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, but he left the space behind the TV and the power outlet very dirty as no one has done for years. Our room is on the front side and is quite noisy. The street traffic was loud as well as the hotel's parking lot. Not advised, better ask for a room in the back yard. This hotel has many guests with small children, but although the pool is nice, there is no children's pool or a separation area for children. Pool deck chairs need to be renewed. Nobody enjoys lying on dirty sunbeds. On the first days we were there, there were several types of breakfast, but on the final days there was hardly any choice, only bread and one type of local food. I think it depends on how many people stay at the hotel. Overall, the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. thank you for all of your kindness!.

Tempat menginap yang cocok untuk liburan bersama keluarga, tamannya asri terawat, kolam renang bersih, suasananya tenang sehingga jika petang hari kita akan disuguhi orkestra alam suara jangkrik, kodok, tokek dan lainlain yang tidak akan kita temukan jika menginap di hotel perkotaan. Kamar bersih dan luas ramah suite, staf yang ramah dan responsif ada mbak cici, mas marmin, pak pur, mas pramono dan temanteman lainnya, sarapan enak, harga sangat kompetitif dari fasilitas yang tersedia.

Tempat menginap dan menikmati alam desa di pinggir kota Yogyakarta yang masih sejuk, sunyi menenangkan membuat kita benar benar menikmati istirahat. Dan homestay dengan kolam renang yang cukup baik. Akses wisata ke pantai Parangtritis dekat.
