Sangat kecewa dikarenakan manajemen hotel tafana tidak sesuai dgn aplikasi sebab DIWAJIBKAN Membayar biaya tambahan padahal sdh bayar lunas sesuai yang ada pd aplikasi tiket com. SARAN JANGAN TERGIUR dgn PROMO yg ada pd hotel ini krn akan diminta biaya tambahan serta kondisi kamar kurang bersih dan staf resepsionis tdk ramaPopular Facilities
