Saya dan keluarga (2 mobil) melakukan perjalanan dari Depok ke Purwokerto selama lebih dari 7 jam untuk mengunjungi saudara jauh. Sesampainya di hotel, kesan awal cukup Netral, lobi terlihat bersih tapi tidak ada kesan "wow" atau sesuatu.

Staf penuh, tidak ada yang check-in di help desk. Toilet umum di luar kamar juga tidak terawat, kurang bersih. Air minum panas gratis, tapi galon hampir habis, tinggal sisa-sisa di dispenser dan tidak diganti. Kamarnya lumayan, ruang tamu juga bagus, ada banyak sofa di luar yang bisa digunakan untuk duduk-duduk atau bersantai. Harganya cukup terjangkau, dan Anda juga mendapatkan kolam renang gratis. Anehnya, kolamnya bersih, tetapi tidak ada yang berenang, tidak ada yang jaga juga, tapi saya tanya langsung boleh. Keringan kolam 100- 150 dan ada kolam untuk anak kecil yang hanya 50 cm dan dilengkapi dengan pelampung.

Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini cukup direkomendasikan dengan harga yang terjangkau. Saya mengambil kamar standar dengan kondisi kamar yang cukup bersih, layanan resepsionis yang ramah, toilet yang cukup bersih dan nyaman, hanya kurang wangi. Ketika saya pertama kali mendapatkan kamar karena ada kecoa, saya mengeluh dan langsung diberikan kamar pengganti. Sarapannya lumayan, hanya menunya tidak banyak.

Kelebihan: lokasi strategis di dalam kota, akses mudah kemana-mana, kamar luas, amenities tersedia, AC berfungsi baik dan dingin, air panas normal dan bathtub, saluran TV normal, tipe family room ada balkon terpisah dengan kamar untuk merokok, parkiran luas langsung di depan lobby hotel, staf hotel cukup ramah, kekurangan: sarapan sangat sederhana, nasi dan telur tidak disediakan di dalam kamar, dan tidak ada tempat sampah di dalam kamar.

Hotel ini luas untuk tempat parkir mobil dan motor. Mungkin karena pandemi, suasananya menjadi sepi dan kurang perawatan di kamar mandi. Seperti shower di kamar mandi yang airnya tidak mengalir dengan lancar dan bak mandinya menggunakan bak mandi. Selain itu, ada juga air panas. Sarapan diantar ke kamar. Untuk transit, cukup baik untuk budget. Namun, untuk mencari makan, Anda harus pergi agak jauh.

Hotel ini terlihat cukup tua. Area parkir luas dan terdapat fasilitas kolam renang yang sedang ditutup. Saya menginap selama 2 hari dan 1 hari staycation karena pekerjaan kantor. Interior kamar cukup luas, namun lantai kotor, kursi kusam, dan shower mandi kurang terawat sehingga pancaran air kurang lancar. Pendingin udara cukup dingin. Selama pandemi Covid. 19, sarapan diantarkan ke masing-masing kamar. Menu hari pertama mie goreng dengan nasi dan telur ceplok dan hari kedua adalah nasi goreng dan telur ceplok. Pelayan cukup ramah. Lokasi hotel dekat pusat kota Purwokerto dan dekat Taman Andhang Pangrenan dan Jalan Gerilya.
