Kami mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan di tempat Sam dan Sam serta timnya sangat ramah dan efisien setiap saat, termasuk mengatur transfer bandara dan perjalanan. Bungalow Sam terletak di ujung desa di hulu dari hampir semua orang yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi lalu lintas skuter di depannya dan air bersih untuk berenang (hati-hati dengan arus). Kamar kami sangat nyaman dengan pemandangan sungai yang indah dari balkon dan AC (beberapa kamar) yang menyenangkan untuk dimiliki. Perjalanan kami melihat orangutan sangat sukses dan menyenangkan kembali ke trek arung jeram di sungai. Kami melakukan perjalanan arung jeram terpisah ke desa berikutnya yang juga sangat menyenangkan. Karena letaknya hampir di ujung desa, jaraknya 10- 15 menit berjalan kaki atau naik skuter singkat dari area parkir, namun kami menyukai lokasinya.

I would highly recommend this place. We stopped by for dinner on our last night in town and were very impressed. The food was delicious, we ordered a peppery beef dish, a tofu and tempeh sambal dish with a side of fried vegetables, and the staff here were even better, sitting with us, explaining the menu, and working our vegetarian swaps to accommodate my partners dietary needs.

A fantastic place to stay in bukit lawang! A local man, his team of kind people, and his former guide, operate the establishment. Guys have a lovely kitchen with reasonable prices and delectable meals and beverages. Also, its quite peaceful at night, you wont be bothered by live music because it is quite far from the music venue. We also reserved two days of jungle trekking here, and it was well worth it. The team made every effort to ensure our comfort, we saw a lot of animals, and the rafting experience was enjoyable.
