Sangat direkomendasikan. Harganya terjangkau tapi tidak murahan. Manajemen yang luar biasa. Kamarnya bersih, air panasnya bagus, stafnya ramah. Parkirnya memang agak sempit, tapi ternyata sudah dibeli pihak hotel, bahkan lantai 2 dan 3 rukonya sudah jadi hotel. Jadi parkirnya juga luas. Parkirnya juga Valet jadi tidak repot. Sarapannya bervariasi, ayam kecap, sayur mayur, roti, selai bahkan kacang ijo hangat, kopi, jeruk dingin.

Harganya terjangkau dan fasilitasnya tidak murahan. Kamarnya cukup bersih dan pelayanannya juga bagus. Teh dan kopi juga tersedia secara gratis. Parkirannya juga cukup banyak, meskipun berada di pinggir jalan pada malam hari, namun ada petugas keamanan yang menjaganya.

Saya menginap selama 3 malam. Saya tiba jam 11 siang dan kamar belum siap. Karena harus masuk jam Staff sangat cepat dan ramah, saya mendapat kamar lebih cepat sekitar jam 12 siang. Dengan deposit tunai sebesar 100 ribu, saya mendapat kamar di lantai 1 nomor 103. Kamarnya cukup luas sekitar 15 m 2, kamar bersih, rapi, dan bantal ada 4 besar. Fasilitas lengkap yang tidak ada sandal dan brankas, padahal setiap hotel itu wajib ada. Restorannya sudah direnovasi, jadi tidak bisa memesan makanan termasuk layanan kamar. AC, TV, semuanya baik. Kamar tidak dibersihkan setiap hari, jadi tamu harus memberi tahu resepsionis jika ingin dibersihkan. Hari kedua menginap, saya ditawari hk, tetapi saya mengganti handuk dan tambahan mineral water. Saya melanjutkan satu malam lagi, hari ketiga ditawari hk jam 11 an, saya meminta jam 2 siang. Namun hingga sore, hk tidak datang, bahkan tidak ada penawaran apapun. Seharusnya Hk sebelum keberangkatan, pastikan pekerjaannya dan konfirmasi kembali ke tamu sesuai SOP 3 x. Akhirnya tidak dibersihkan dan tidak ditawari handuk, mineral water.

Hotelnya nyaman dan cukup bersih dengan pelayanan yang ramah. Namun, saat saya berkunjung, water heaternya sedang bermasalah sehingga airnya tidak panas. Namun, tidak apa-apa, semoga masalah tersebut dapat diperbaiki di masa mendatang. Semoga semuanya dapat ditingkatkan lagi.

Menginap di sini selama 2 malam di kamar keluarga 218, tempatnya luas, AC dingin, nyaman, kamar mandinya sangat bersih, hanya saja showernya tidak hidup. Tempat penginapan yang cukup nyaman. Terjangkau dari kota karena juga berada di pinggir jalan besar. Pelayanannya ramah. Namun, ukuran kamarnya terlalu sempit untuk harga 354 ribu per malam. Tidak ada keset di dalam kamar. Sarapan tidak prasmanan, jadi datang ke kafe lalu memesan. Makanannya datang cukup lama. Pilihan menunya terlalu sedikit. Ada roti tapi tidak bisa dipanggang, ada kopi dan teh seadanya. Cafe luar memiliki pemandangan yang cukup bagus. Tempat parkirnya sempit.

Hotel ini cukup baik sebagai tempat istirahat dikala sedang ke Lampung untuk urusan pekerjaan, atau sekedar berlibur. Fasilitas kamar double bed, AC, saluran TV kabel Indovision, dan kamar mandi yang bersih, bisa menjadi pengantar istirahat saat lelah bekerja dan berwisata. Ada petunjuk arah kiblat dan sajadah, dekat dengan masjid (50 meter).
