Great staff, helpful, friendly. Clean comfortable room. Delicious breakfast and safe car parking spaces. We had a lovely time here and would definitely stay again. Loved the comfy pillows and the breakfast was a hit for all of us. Lovely drink at the bar aswell. Only negative was one button on the lift was tricky and a vending machine was out of order but not even needed. Thank you. Recommended.

Hotel is in a prime location in the middle of all the action lovely bar and food rooms are modern and have everything you need Staff are all great and very helpful Galway is the best city for food drink and a great atmosphere

Clean room. Gated parking onsite available. Restaurant had good food. Location had lots within walking distance. Staff was friendly and even allowed us to check in a bit early. Would recommend and stay again!

Close to the train station, and shops. Breakfast was good, staff very efficient. We also had dinner at the onsite restaurant. The and service was good too. We will stay there next visit.

Very clean room with really comfortable bed. The staff were wonderful- genuinely friendly and welcoming as well as being extremely efficient. Parking is under the building but maybe best call for directions. Very central, close to the train station and all the sights. Excellent food and good breakfast

We stayed at this hotel and the only thing I can say is that it was excellent! On arrival the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. When we got to our room, we were blown away! We had been given an upgrade at no extra cost, and to say the room was magnificent would be an understatement, it was superb. The following morning we came downstairs for breakfast, we were shown to a lovely table and had out choice of so many wonderful things to eat. The location of the hotel is great, it’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you can get a great nights sleep, yet close enough to everything that you are only minutes away from anything you could want. Our stay was truly memorable and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this hotel to anyone.

Goede plek voor de tripjes die je in de omgeving kan gaan maken. Alles op loopafstand en auto staat op een beschutte plek. Fijn hotel en goede service.

We found the location quite central for the things we wanted to do and see in the city. The reception staff were very good and helpful for our planning of visits in the area. Room was very comfortable and spacious. All the staff we came across were very good and particularly so in the restaurant for breakfast. Food was plentiful and good too.
