We booked our stay at the very last minute and everything was ready when we arrived 10 minutes later. The staff was very friendly (especially the man who was at the front desk on Saturday night and the lady who served breakfast on Sunday and on Tuesday). Hotel was clean and close to everything and the room was very comfortable. We highly recommend it!

This was a great little hotel. The location is great (2 minute walk from the Duomo). Great restaurants in the little piazzas behind it. The famous tripe sandwich truck is right around the corner! We loved the staff. The hotel is small so they know you well. Never had to ask for anything - fresh towels and clean room everyday. We added the breakfast and that was great - the woman who runs breakfast is wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff were fantastic. So friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Large cold selection and hot eggs, bacon and sausage. Multiple coffee selections. Air conditioner kept the room nice and cool.

Très bon établissement, le personnel est très agréable et serviable, toujours disponible et à l'écoute, plusieurs des réceptionnistes parlent très bien français (c'est plutôt rare). L'emplacement dans la ville est parfait Chambres propres et fonctionnelles Je recommande et ne manquerai pas d y revenir pour un autre séjour à Florence

Our recent stay is great. The property location is excellent and the service staff were amazing. The only concern is the bathroom which we find the shower enclosure not sturdy with slippery material on shower floor and molds observed in both shower and sink.

Great central location, and within walking distance of nearly anything you’ll want to see. GPS can be a little bit tricky finding the courtyard entrance, but once you’ve arrived the first time you’ll have no more trouble for the rest of your trip.
