Ive been all around the world and stayed in hotels from 5 stars upward. This hotel had me set to a new standard. It wasnt particularly clean, the shower handle kept falling off the wall, the wifi was only available if you stood near the door. You will need to bring your own soap and shampoo, and towels are changed once a week unless you pay extra. I could go on, but you can tell where this is heading. A backpacking student going hiking through Europe would undoubtedly love this. That being said, it was convenient for the old piazza in grave and a short walk to the local coffee and pastries shops. Grave was well worth a visit and close to a variety of other attractions.

This place has fantastic opportunities thanks to its strategic location, but it needs serious customer service. In keeping with the beauty of the neighborhood, having a front desk that is normally open for the majority of the day and staff that are happy to assist the visitors would be helpful. Grave is a lovely location with a wonderful winery nearby that I would undoubtedly visit again, but I would not remain here. Positives excellent location with a lovely terrace outside our room the staff was extremely unhelpful and reception is closed most of the day our bag with our passports was stolen from the hotel grounds and the staff were extremely unhelpful in trying to locate what had happened despite cut being available was useless. We were left alone to try and figure out what had happened, ask other hotel guests for help and locate a local police station to report the incident. Another evening, we requested that a taxi be booked to a nearby winery vignamaggio, which is well worth a visit. The reception staff seemed unhelpful and warned me that we might have to cancel because taxis are challenging to book. I ultimately managed to find a taxi on my own for considerably less than the hotel eventually gave us. Showers were disappointing, beginning very hot and then very cold. The complimentary basket was removed from the room the morning before we checked out without explanation or asking whether we were still using it. Due to its location, this location has potential

The accommodations were excellent for us. The staff was exceptionally helpful, although the shops are the same for all of the shops and they are only working in the office for a short period of time. There is lots of room for running around, a game room, and a pool inside this lovely family hotel, and there is parking space. We had to repair the broken air conditioning in our room. There are some kitchen facilities. Access to an iron. 11 lovely italian restaurants are nearby! To go to Tuscanys most picturesque towns, you must have a car, but use the smallest you can because the roads are very narrow.

What a lovely place and great location, perfect staff, fresh pool and very nice place. Also, it is in a good location in Tuscany. We stayed with 7 people and had a great week. We were a little hidden on the first day of our trip but on the other hand it gives a quiet place in the city center.
